    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle-shaped bread-forming method for automatically producing the spindle-shaped bread, by cutting bread dough in an appropreate shape and rotating an angle of the cut bread dough using a conventional apparatus though molding by the machine has been impossible. SOLUTION: Bread dough (1) cut in a square is rotated by 45° in a horizontal direction on a belt conveyer (X) so that the weight of both ends of the bread dough (1) is decreased compared with that of the center part and the bread dough (1) is wound up by a conventional curling magnet (Y). Thereby, the bread dough (1) is readily formed in a spindle-like shape. The bread dough is sound up in a direction of diagonal line of the square from the top (P') on the most downstream side to the top (P) on the most upstream side of the conveyer of the square enabling automation of production.
