      SOLUTION: The base pushing jack comprises a plurality of pushing jacks 2 directly pushing a culvert component A, a plurality of supporting jacks 3 pushing the culvert component by the intermediary of the pushing jacks, a supporting plate 4 supporting the jacks, a pushing plate member 5 fixed to the front ends of the pushing jacks, and a supporting plate member 6 fixed to the front ends of the supporting jacks. Each of the pushing jacks is journaled in a manner that the pushing surface is tiltable right and left so that it may follow an angle of a pushed surface A1, which changes according to a curve movement of the culvert component A, and may come into contact with the pushed face in a rightly facing manner.
