    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacing method for a bridge girder by which replacing work of the bridge girder can be quickly executed without using a large crane.
      SOLUTION: In a state that an existing bridge girder 1 erected on adjacent piers in the bridge axis direction is supported from the lower direction by jacks 4a laid on trucks 4b, the both ends of the existing bridge girder 1 is cut off so as to become shorter than the span L of the bridge piers 3, and at the same time, the replacing work of the bridge girder is executed by a replacing preparing process to construct a new bridge girder 2 to be erected on the bridge piers 3 on the existing girder 1, a bridge girder lowering process to lower the existing bridge girder 1 by the jacks 4a in a state that the new bridge girder 2 is laid on the existing bridge girder 1, a new bridge girder erecting process to erect the new bridge girder 2 on the bridge piers 3, and an existing bridge girder carrying-out process to carry out the existing bridge girder 1 supported by the jacks 4a.

    • PURPOSE:To demolish cut beams efficiently with a minimum of work scaffold by setting up a scaffold for demolishing under one end of cut beams, and sliding the cut beams in order and pulling them into the side of scaffold, and removing them one section by one section. CONSTITUTION:A shelf pile 6 for supporting cut beams to be demolished and a cut beam orthogonal to the cut beam 5 are provided with a slide plate for guiding longitudinal sliding and a slip preventive member in advance or at breakup. Next, under one end side of the cut beam 5 is a scaffold 18 for breakup assembled so that it may surround the shelf pile 6 supporting two sections of beam steels 5a (5a1-5a5) on one end side and that it may be positioned below the oil jack between beam members. Next, coupling members for beam steels 5a for the first section and the second section on the scaffold for breakup are removed, and the first section is dismantled. Subsequently, angle brace members at both ends of the cut beam 5 are dismantled, whereby the longitudinal shifting of the cut beams 5 is made possible. Hereafter, the cut beam 5 for shifting to the second section is drawn into the side of the scaffold 18 by sliding, and the beam steel members 5a for every section are dismantled.

When a worker (h) wearing a helmet enters a warning zone set by the laser beam HL, the alarm lamps 4a-4c are lighted in linking with the reception of the laser beam HL by the light receiving device 3. Thus, the worker (h) goes to the outside of the warning zone or the like.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance both operating efficiency and safety by enabling piles and the like to be hoisted in with an open/close scaffold released, enabling them to be taken in from the side, and thereby coping with difficulties caused by various processing, height and positions required by means of the movable scaffold. CONSTITUTION:In order to take in a pile in the center of a corridor scaffold 3, an open/close scaffold 4 is opened outside, the pile is hoisted up by a crane so as to be taken in from the side, and the open/close scaffold 4 is then closed. A new pile is rested at its lower end on the upper end of the pile in the lower stage, which is lowered down underground, so that the upper and lower piles are mutually connected by means of welding and bolt fastening. Next, under this condition, reinforcement cages are installed around the new pile, and the circumference of a complex foundation pile in a shape that the circumference of a center steel pile is circularly enclosed by the reinforcement cages, is enclosed by a water proof sheet. In this case, a movable scaffold 5 is moved to the direction of a center with a horizontal jack extended, the reinforcement cages assembled in a circular form are installed in advance in front of the movable scaffold. The reinforcement cages in front of the movable scaffold 5 are advanced to a specified position, so that the pile and the like are set to a condition meeting the objective.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a cost in the case of constructing an underground wall whose upper edge does not reach the ground level, by mounting a reinforcing steel basket attachably and detachably to the bottom edge of a frame and recovering the frame to the ground after placement of concrete to a reinforcing steel part. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus comprising a frame 2 positioned on its upper part and a reinforcing steel basket 1 positioned on its lower part and coupling them together by means of horizontal pins is inserted into a channel excavated previously under the ground. Next a tremie pipe is inserted into a guide pipe 6 and concrete is placed to the top of the reinforcing steel basket 1. Then, after concrete is hardened, the horizontal pins are pulled out from a coupled part of the reinforcing steel basket 1 by operating from the ground, an oil jack for operating the horizontal pins, so as to release binding of the frame 2 with the reinforcing basket 1. Only the frame 2 is raised, and sand and others are damped for filling up again a space formed by removing the frame 2. This results in no necessity of recovering a frame in a state of excavating inner part, in improvement of excavation efficiency, making it possible to transfer the use of the frame to the next unit and making it possible to arrange and remove a tremie pipe easily.
