摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an anti-allergic agent effective in remedying allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma or collagen diseases, by using benzoylmesaconine as an active component. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent contains the compound of formula I (Bz is group of formula II) which is a component of the extract of SHUJIBUSHI (a chinese herb drug). The anti-allergic agent is administered as an oral drug at a rate of 5-500mg of said compound per day in several divided doses or as a parenteral drug at a rage of 0.5-100mg per day by intravenous injection, intravenous drip, subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection. The compound of formula I can be produced by extracting SHUJIBUSHI with a solvent (e.g., methanol or n-hexane), distilling out the solvent, fractionating the obtained extract with ammonia water and chloroform, extracting the chloroform-soluble fraction with the above solvent, subjecting the solvent-insoluble fraction to chromatography, developing by using methanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, chloroform, etc., as elution solvents, collecting the fraction containing the objective compound and recrystallizing the compound.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a new compound useful as a IV-type allergy-inhibitory medicine. CONSTITUTION:Compounds of formula I [X1 is formula II or III (R1-R4 are H, amino, an acylamino, a 1-5C dialkylamino, a halogen, OH, etc.); (m1) is 1-6; (n1) is 0-5], e.g. 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamoyl)-4-methylpiperidine-4- carboxylic acid. The compound of formula I is obtained, e.g. by reacting 4- acetoxy-3-methoxycinnamoyl chloride with 4-piperidinecarboxylic acid at room temperature. IV-type allergic reaction takes part in crisis of intractable diseases such as intractable ashtma, chronic hepatitis and nephrotic syndrome.

The galenical Phellodendron amurense is the periderm-free bark of Phellodendron amurense RUPR. of Rutaceae or the same genus plant and has been used from old times for spasmolytic, stomachine and antibacterial purposes.
