摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of yarn tension applied to yarn. CONSTITUTION:A yarn brake is formed by fixed pins 34, 34 and mobile pins 32, 32 on a swinging member 31. A damper apparatus 10 is provided with a magnet 11 connected to a rotary shaft 13 for supporting the swinging member 31 and a cylindrical conductor placed opposite to the magnetic poles N, S of the magnet 11. The conductor 12 is vertically shifted with an adjusting mechanism 20 to adjust the facing length of the magnet 11 and the conductor 12. An eddy current is generated in the conductor 12 by the rotation of the magnet 11 and a braking force proportional to the facing length is generated by the damper apparatus 10.
