    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercritical fluid treating system for continuous operation capable of constituting a miniaturized line having small width without projecting an air-tight seal mechanism from the line side. SOLUTION: A replenishing tank 24 is a panel shaped pressure resistant block body in which a vertically long slit hole 27 is provided so as to horizontally pass through in a longitudinal direction. A washing tank 25 and a discharge tank 26 are jointed by interposing rotatable gate valve blocks 29 in which a vertically long slit hole 27" communicated to the slit hole 27 is provided so as to horizontally pass through. Gate valves are disposed at the inlet side and the outlet side of the replenishing tank 24 and the discharge tank 26, and a transmission device 30 exposing only a roller free from erosion is provided. Rotatable nozzle arms 41 for spraying the supercritical fluid on circular locus are disposed at both sides in the washing tank 25. A means for controlling the rotation start of the rotatable gate valve at each tank, filling/discharging of the supercritical fluid and start/stop of the transmission device is provided.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to improve function by fixing a slider and a piston rod with interposing a cylinder stroke of which is a half of the piston rod concerned and still providing a flow regulating valve circuit in addition in hydraulic pressure circuit, fixed to a slide bed side, for driving the piston rod. CONSTITUTION:A piston 24 is fixed on the extreme end to a piston 201 installed in a cylinder 200 via a position adjusting screw 30. The stroke of the piston 201 is set to a half of that of the piston 24. In a case of applying hydraulic pressure to 4 oil passages on a condition of oil pressure applied to oil passage F, 4 positions in a-d can be taken. If hydraulic pressure is applied to oil passage E on this 4 position places, a slider 23 is made to displace by the stroke of the piston 201 namely by a half stroke of the piston 24. Thus, 8 positions are realized. Therefore, place selecting function of a 4 position selecting mechanism is doubled, and still, face rubbing work is made possible through only exchanging a cross spindle and improvement of function can be contrived.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the quick and stable selection of four positions by securing the piston rod of a dual cylinder block to both a slider as a mounting base for a cutting tool and the like, and a slide bed. CONSTITUTION:A dual cylinder block 21 is laid within the housing recessed groove 22a of a slide bed 22 clear of the bed 22 and a slider 23 so coupled as to cover the recessed groove 22a. Cylinders 21a and 21b have pistons 24 and 25, and cylinder covers 26 and 26', and 27 and 27'. In order to interlock the operation of each piston, all cylinders are so designed as to have the same capacity. The cylinder cover 26 is retained with a feed oil sleeve 28 fixed to the slide bed 22, and the cylinder cover 26' at the opposite side of the cover 26 is retained with another feed oil sleeve 29 fixed to the slide bed 22. The cylinder cover 26 slides within the feed oil sleeve 28 and the cylinder cover 26' within the feed oil sleeve 29 together with the cylinder block 21, respectively by the same stroke.

    • PURPOSE:To extensively improve process efficiency by arranging an auxiliary spindle stock with a drive motor synchronously controlled with rotation of a spindle mounted on a base capable of horizontal movement in the X, Y direction and oscillating movement on the extension of a spindle line in front of a guide bush and also arranging a tool stock on the side. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary spindle stock 4 is arranged on the extension of the spindle line of a guide bush 1 and a tool stock 5 is arranged on its side. A motor 23 is to be synchronously controlled with rotation of a spindle. Thereby, it comes possible to turn a bar material held on a spindle stock. By a function of turning and sliding in the direction orthogonal to each other, it is possible to carry out alignment, approach turning, retreat separation and orthogonal oscillation of the spindle 6 against the bar material on the spindle stock. A tool stock 5 for secondary processing is arranged in this oscillating direction. The tool stock 5 is only to index a cutting tool and a drill at specified positions and any advance-retreat capacity of the cutting tool and the drill is not particularly required. It is because the auxiliary spindle stock 4 has an X, Y horizontal movement function and accordingly, it is possible to carry out desired cutting.
