摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of controllability caused by fluctuation of battery voltage, in a fuel injection timing control device for a diesel engine. SOLUTION: A fuel injection pump 1 is provided with a plunger 12 for forcibly feeding fuel in a high pressure chamber 15 to an injection nozzle 4 by pressurizing to high pressure, a timer device 26 for regulating a fuel injection timing by changing a reciprocating motion timing of the plunger 12, and an electromagnetic spill valve 23 for regulating a fuel injection rate by stopping pressurizing of fuel in the high pressure chamber 15. A TCV 33 arranged on the timer device 26 is current carrying out-controlled by an electronic control device (ECU) 71, fuel pressure in the high pressure chamber 15 is regulated, and thereby, the position of the timer piston 28 in the timer device 26 is changed. When it is judged in the ECU 71 that a diesel engine 2 is in a start condition and voltage of a battery 98 is fluctuated, a current carrying out timing of the TCV 33 is changed to a timing when battery voltage is increased more than a prescribed value.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control operation of split injection under a more appropriate condition. SOLUTION: The fuel injection controller 2 of an engine 1 is constituted of a fuel injection nozzle 4, an injection pump 5, an electromagnetic spill valve 21 and a timing control valve 20 for regulating fuel injection quantity and timing respectively, and an electronic control unit(ECU) 8 for controlling them. The ECU 8 controls the fuel injection controller 2 and conducts split injection when at least either of fuel temperature or cooling water temperature detected by a fuel temperature sensor 22 or a water temperature sensor 23 at the time of operation of a starter 25, is lower than prescribed temperature. The split injection continues until the starter 25 is stopped, or a starting mode is released after the rotational speed of the engine 1 becomes a prescribed value or higher.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fuel injection timing control device of a diesel engine reflected the difference of the effect to the fuel injection timing of a prestroke amount following to the difference of an engine temperature. SOLUTION: A fuel injection timing (eacld2bse+emacldq×eqfin) is corrected and the injection timing (eacld2) at a cooling time is set (S180, S190), based on a base prestroke amount (eaplstb) and the prestroke correction coefficient (t-mplstthw) S170) at the cooling time found out responding to the cooling water temperature (gthw). Thus, by correcting the fuel injection timing responding to the engine temperature and prestroke amount of a diesel engine, the difference of the effect to the prestroke amount between the cooling time and after warming up can be reflected to the fuel injection timing. Therefore, a proper fuel injection timing can be set for favorable combustion.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection controller for a diesel engine, capable of setting a proper injection amount of fuel all times, whenever split injection is executed or not, for more startability. SOLUTION: A fuel injection controller 2 for an engine 1 has a fuel injection nozzle 4, an injection pump 5, an electromagnetic spill valve 21 to control the injection amount and timing of fuel, a timing control valve 20 and an electronic control unit(ECU) 8. The ECU 8 controls the fuel injection controller 2 when the engine 1 is judged to be in a cold starting condition in accordance with the detection results of a water temperature sensor 23 and others, so that its can split a required amount of fuel several times to execute split injection. In the ROM of the ECU 8, two maps are prepared for the calculation of a starting fuel injection amount during executing split injection at starting or not, so that the maps can be changed for the calculation of the injection amount corresponding to an injection method at starting.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the connection of the pilot injection and the main injection by setting a guard time for preventing the connection of the pilot/main injection relative to a pilot spill valve closing time, and setting an interval between the pilot spill valve opening time and the main spill valve closing time to be more than the guard time. SOLUTION: During the operation of an engine 1, an ECU 2 calculates a target main spill valve closing angle on the basis of the number of revolution of an engine and the engine water temperature, and calculates a target main spill valve closing time by converting the residual angle of the calculated value into the time. Then the minimum guard time necessary for preventing the connection of the pilot injection and the main injection is determined on the basis of the operating state, and compared with an interval between the pilot spill valve opening time and the target main spill valve closing time. When the interval is more than the minimum guard time, the target main spill valve closing time is regarded as the final main spill valve closing time, and in cases where it is less than the minimum guard time, the time obtained by adding the minimum guard time to the pilot spill valve opening time, is regarded as the main spill valve closing time.

SOLUTION: The first main spill valve opening/closing timing calculated in the same manner as in a conventional control is calculated and also the second main spill valve opening/closing timing is calculated using a reference which is NE pulses for calculating the final pilot spill valve opening timing free of influence even if NE pulse crack is generated, and the obtained two valve timings are compared. In the case where an NE pulse crack is generated, a first valve timing becomes earlier than normal, and therefore, if the first valve timing is earlier than a second valve timing, judgement is passed that generation of NE pulse crack is likely. If on the contrary, the first timing is later than the second timing, judgement is passed that no NE pulse crack is generated.

Vibration at resonance time of the control lever 6 is absorbed by the damper mechanism 24 and prevented from being transmitted to the spill ring 2.
