The sub-assembly is held by means of a component holding device 20 held by the positioning device 3 to deliver to the main assembling position. The sub-assembly is assembled on a main assembling component mounted on a component receiver 62 by the actuation of a press-in system.

    • PURPOSE: To efficiently recover the floating oil washed out of the washing soln. tank of a washing apparatus at the time of washing, to facilitate the maintenance work of a recovery device and to enhance recovery workability. CONSTITUTION: The oil-water separator 23 taking in the mixed liquid of oil and a liquid floating in a liquid tank S1 to recover oil is provided and the fixed suction pipe 11 taking in the mixed liquid is vertically provided. A movable suction pipe 13 having a mixed liquid suction poret 14 provided to the leading end part thereof is fitted to the upper part of the fixed suction pipe 11 in a freely slidable manner. A float 15 is connected to the movable suction pipe 13 so that the mixed liquid suction port 14 of the movable suction pipe 13 is adjusted so as to slightly sink from the surface of the liquid stored in the liquid tank S1. The base end part of the fixed suction pipe 11 is allowed to communicate with the base end part of the mixed liquid emitting pipe 18 supplying the mixed liquid to the oil-water separator 23 and a compressed air supply means 22 ejecting compressed air into the mixed liquid emitting pipe 18 is connected to this communication part and the mixed liquid is sucked into the oil-water separator 23 to separate the oil and the liquid.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a washed article carry-in/carry-out port airtight, to simplify structure and to reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A pair of guide rails 21 is provided by sandwiching a washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 of a wall part of a liquid tank, and a movable frame 24 is installed on the guide rails 21 free to move. A cover body 34 to close the washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 is provided on the movable frame 24 free to approach to and separate from the washed article carry-in/ carry-out port S1. Additionally, a cam groove of a vertical hole inclined toward the washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 is drilled on a pair of driving plates 29 provided in parallel with the guide rails 21 on the movable frame 24. A cam roller 43 provided on the cover body 34 is engaged with the cam groove free to rotate, and a driving cylinder 48 to move the driving plates 29 is provided. The washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 is firmly closed by making the cover body 34 adhere to the washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 by moving the cam roller 43 engaged with the cam groove to the side of the washed article carry-in/carry-out port S1 at the time of lowering the driving plates 29 by the driving cylinder 48.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life and keep maintenance cost down of a seal member provided on the interior of a valve gear body as well as to prevent damage thereof and also fluid leakage. SOLUTION: A valve body 31 provided with a fluid passage 11 is rotatably built inside a valve gear body 30 and movable blades 32', 33' are formed on the end of the fluid passage 11. Fixed blades 39, 40 engaging with the movable blades 32', 33' of the valve body 31 are provided near fluid passages 4, 14, which communicate with the fluid passage 11 of the valve body 31, of the valve gear body 30. Thus foreign matter such as chips remaining in the valve body 31 at the time of opening and closing the valve body 31 are cut by sandwiching them between movable blades 32', 33' and fixed blades 39, 40. Also, the surface of seal members 19, 20 are cleaned in a scratching manner by the movable blades 32', 33'. Thus foreign matter is not caught between the valve body 31 and the seal members 19, 20 and damage to the seal members 19, 20 can be eliminated.

A clean liquid drain outlet 36 for draining filtered clean liquid is formed in the clean liquid chamber 10, and a backward washing nozzle 13 for removing foreign matters adhered to the round basket filter net 4 is disposed in the round basket filter net 4. Also a rotation driving motor 31 for rotating the nozzle 13 is installed.
