摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for removing and recovering zinc and lead from a waste containing zinc and lead in an oxide state. SOLUTION: This treatment method comprises vaporizing and recovering zinc and lead converted into pure metals by mixing a reducing agent 2 with the waste containing zinc and lead in the oxide state such as a steel making dust 1, charging into a heat treating furnace 3, evacuating the furnace 3 and heating to reduce zinc and lead. The waste and the reducing agent are charged into the furnace 3 preferably after being mixed and briquetted. The recovered zinc or lead is preferably ingotted by providing an ingot case in a recovering device 5. The furnace 3 is preferably a rotary furnace and is preferably intermittently rotated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and recover zinc as metal from dust at a good yield by heating zinc-contg. dust under a reduced pressure to form the dust mainly composed of iron oxide and zinc oxide, then mixing a reducing agent therewith, heating the mixture under a reduced pressure to form the zinc oxide as the vapor of the metal zinc, then cooling the mixture. SOLUTION: The zinc-contg. dust is supplied from a supply device 10 to the upper process chambers 2A, 2B of a multistage vacuum reduction furnace 1 and while the dust is heated by a burner 6, low melting nonferrous metals, such as oil-component, chlorine and lead, are evaporated and removed by the pressure reduction and suction by vacuum evacuation devices 9A, 9B, and are recovered by metal recovering devices 33A, 33B. The oil-component and low melting nonferrous metals and removed from the dust and the reducing agent is added from the supplying device 20 to the dust consisting of the iron oxide and the zinc oxide. The dust is then heated by the heater 6 in the process chambers 2C, 2D and is agitated. The zinc oxide is reduced to the metal zinc is sucked as the vapor of the metal zinc by the vacuum evacuation devices 9C, 9D. The vapor is cooled by the metal recovering devices 33C, 33D and is solidified and deposited as the metal zinc. The metal zinc is thus recovered from the zinc-contg. dust at the high yield.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a treating material, to facilitate the separated recovery of different kinds of metals, and to shorten the treating time, by forcedly stirring the treating material containing oxide and reducing agent supplied in a treating furnace. SOLUTION: The treating material 1 and the reducing agent 2 are mixed in a supplying part 10 and charged into the treating furnace 20. The treating material 1 is heated with a heater 22 at a chamber at each step of the treating furnace 20 while reducing with the reducing agent 2 under vacuum condition. The oxides of zinc, lead, etc., contained in the treating material 1 are reduced and vaporized in the pure metal form, and coagulated and recovered by sucking to a recovering part 40 connected with each step. The remained iron-base treating material is exhausted from a discharging part 50. In this treatment, the treating material 1 is forcedly stirred in the treating furnace 20 with a stirrer 30. By this constitution, the surface layer part is heated with the heater 22 during stirring the treating material 1 in the deep layer part of the treating material layer. Therefore, the whole quantity of each metal in the different kinds of metals contained in the treating material 1 is vaporized in the chamber set to a little higher temp. than the vaporized temp. of each metal.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent zinc vapor from entering from the inner side of a furnace by a method wherein some partition doors which can be opened or closed to define a tunnel-shaped vacuum processing furnace into a plurality of regions are installed within a shielded chamber and peripheral edges of the partition walls are abutted against an air-tight structure having an annular member arranged at an end part of the furnace region so as to inject gas. CONSTITUTION:An air-tight structure 104 supported by an end plate 80 is arranged at a furnace region end part 103 at a periphery of a furnace end opening 79 in such a manner that it may be oppositely faced against a cooling box 102. The air-tight structure 104 is provided with an inner annular member 110 and an outer annular member 112. A wall surface of each of the annular members 110 and 112 is provided with a seal member 74 and each of gas injection port 114 for gas fed into a dezincification region and an injection port 116 for air-tight fluid fed into a loading shielding chamber as indicated by arrows A and B. With such an arrangement as above, in the case that some dusts of galvanized steel plate are dezincified at a vacuum processing furnace, it is possible to avoid evaporated zinc in the dezincification region from entering from the inner side of the furnace into a region between the partition door 26 and an end part 79 of the furnace region.

摘要： PURPOSE:To completely remove the oils sticking to materials to be treated so that the deposited metals can rapidly be evaporated by supplying the materials to be crushed to a drum having small holes for communicating the inner side and the outer side, rotating this drum, reducing the pressure therein and heating the materials. CONSTITUTION:The materials 1 to be treated are supplied via a supplying means 31 to the drum 13 formed with the small holes communicating the inner side and the outer side. The shafts 13b, 13c of the drum 13 constitute the passages for supplying and discharging the materials 1 to be treated in a hollow state. The drum 13 is reduced in pressure by a pressure reducing means 65 and is rotated around the shaft. The oils sticking to the materials 1 to be treated turn to oil mists 8 which are recovered by a recovering means 67 and can be completely removed. The metals-zinc sticking to the materials 1 to be treated are heated by a heating means 72 and are evaporated to become zinc 8 which is recovered by a recovering means 67 and is thus completely removed. The materials 1 which are cleaned by removing the deposits therefrom are ejected by an ejection means 51 and are recovered as the material for melting cast iron.
