    • PURPOSE:To simplify adjustment of a vehicle height by providing a needle valve for regulating flow degree of a flow port between a target pressure space and a low pressure pipe on a pressure control valve for controlling pressure to be supplied to/exhausted from a shock absorber and controlling the needle valve with a driving means. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus wherein a vehicle height is adjusted by controlling pressure supplied to/exhausted from a shock absorber of a suspension provided on each wheel by a pressure control valve 80, a valve body of the pressure control valve 80 is formed with a line pressure port 82, a low pressure port 85, an output port 84, a high pressure port 87 and a low pressure port 89. A spool 90 which is driven with pressure of the output port 84 and a target pressure space 88 received on both ends is inserted into the valve body as well as a needle valve 95 whose tip is facing a flow port 94 between the target pressure space 88 and the low pressure port 89 and which regulates the flow degree is provided. The needle valve 95 is moved and guided by a valve supporting material 95G and drive-controlled by a driving means including an electric coil 99.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce fluctuation of a suspension pressure by dispersion of a piping resistance by multiplying a coefficient for compensating the dispersion of the piping resistance at a pressure supply way to each suspension by a designated pressure value to compensate the designated pressure value, and controlling a pressure control means based on an obtained value. CONSTITUTION:A pressure source 1 is provided for supplying pressure fluid to front wheel side and rear wheel side high pressure supply tubes 6, 9 reaching a suspension 100 (100fr-100rr) for each wheel, and supply and discharge of pressure fluid to/from the suspension 100 is controlled by a pressure control valve device 80 (80fr-80rr). In this case, a designating means (unillustrated) for designating a pressure to be given to the suspension 100 is provided. A coefficient for compensating dispersion of a piping resistance at a pressure supply way to the suspension 100 is set for each suspension corresponding to a connection position of the suspension 100 with the pressure source 1, and this coefficient is multiplied by a designated pressure value. The pressure control valve device 80 is thus controlled based on a compensated designated pressure value.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of a residual pressure in an oil path so as to contrive miniaturization of an oil hydraulic pump by discharging operating oil, delivered from the oil hydraulic pump when a rear wheel is not steered, directly to a drain tank through an under lap formed in a direction switching valve. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic control unit 11, controlled in accordance with a vehicle running condition by an electronic control unit ECU, controls a power cylinder 20 to change a direction of a rear wheel, and the unit 11 has a direction switching valve 13. Here, two operating oil supply ports 18R, 18L, operating oil feed ports 21R, 21L and an operating oil discharge port 22 are formed in a housing 16 of the direction switching valve 13, and grooves 23R, 23L are formed in an internal peripheral surface of the housing 16 between each operating oil supply port 18R, 18L and the discharge port 22. On the other hand, land parts 24R, 24L are formed in a location corresponding to the grooves 23R, 23L, in a neutral position, in a spool 17, and each land part 24R, 24L and shoulder parts 23RK, 23LK of the grooves 23R, 23L serve as an under lap so as to form a space S at neutral time of the spool 17.
