    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that is easy to be assembled and allows axial height of a coil end to be lowered, and to provide a method for manufacturing the motor.SOLUTION: A motor includes: a first concentrically wound coil C1 that is formed by a flat rectangular conductor D being concentrically wound and has a space S, between adjacent parts of the flat rectangular conductor D as wound, where a flat rectangular conductor D is able to be inserted; and a second concentrically wound coil C2 that is formed in a manner similar to the manner in which the first concentrically wound coil C1 is formed. In a slot SL of a stator core 110, an inside-slot conducting wire C11 of the first concentrically wound coil C1 and an inside-slot conducting wire C11 of the second concentrically wound coil C2 are alternately arranged. Each of lane change portions C12a and C13a formed on coil ends of the first concentrically wound coil C1 is formed so as to avoid thickness of one flat rectangular conductor D used in coil ends of the second concentrically wound coil C2.
