Specifically, a plurality of circular holes 28 are punched so as to be positioned separately on concentric circles, at the outside circumferential side farther than slots 27 along the inside circumferential side circular portion 26, and the inner circumferential edge of each circular hole 28 is set as the outside circumferential side circular portion 28a. At the next process S4, an ear portion 30 and a welding portion 31, the remaining portion of the outer edge portion 32 that defines the product shape of the iron core plate 33 for the stator, are punched out. Then, the iron core plate 33 for the stator is finally punched out and formed.
