      a of the borehole 3 from the hole size e of the finish honing hole 4b in consideration of the positional degree Z
      d of the finish boring hole 4a, and the upper limit film thickness B of the sprayed coating is controlled by the third value (value B obtained by numerical formula 2) obtained by adding the lower limit film thickness A as the first value to the second value (b-a) obtained by reducing the hole size a of the bore hole 3 from the hole size b of the rough bore hole 3a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device which linearly carries a workpiece and transfers the linearly carried workpiece to a working place (work stage) in a machine tool, an assembly line, or the like, wherein the carrying device can be downsized.
      SOLUTION: The carrying device 10 is formed of a moving means 13 for moving on a carrying line of the workpiece W, a fork 23 on which the workpiece W is mounted, and a transfer means 12 consisting of a slide mechanism S for moving the fork 23 in a forward/backward direction with respect to the work stage 80, and an elevation mechanism E using a balance cylinder 31. In order to operate the carrying device, according to a carrying method, the workpiece W is mounted on the fork 23 which is then moved forward/backward with respect to the work stage 80 and elevated/lowered by the balance cylinder 31, to thereby transfer the workpiece W held by a jig G arranged in the work stage 80, to the carrying device 10. Alternatively the workpiece W mounted on and held by the fork 23 is transferred to the jig G arranged in the work stage 80, by the carrying device 10.
