摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an interior cover of an automobile having excellent heat resistance, transparency and photo-degradation property by forming the cover out of a composition comprising modified polyethylene copolymerized with carbon monoxide and polypropylene not containing a light stabilizer nor an antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:(A) 70-85wt.% modified polyethylene obtained by copolymerization of ethylene as a principal component with 0.5-10wt.% carbon monoxide and other ethylenic unsaturated compound (preferably vinyl acetate or ethyl acrylate) preferably in an amount of 1-20wt.%, as necessary, is mixed with (B) 15-30wt.% polypropylene not containing a light stabilizer nor an antioxidant at all obtained by homopolymerization of propylene using a catalyst of Ziegler-Natta system, etc., or copolymerization of propylene and other alpha-olefin to obtain a resin composition. Next, the composition is molded to a filmy state and cut into a fixed shape, then heat-sealed to afford a photo-degradable heat- resistant interior cover of an automobile.

The base material is heated, the foamable fine spheres are foamed while heat-fusing adhesives are melted, and a skin material 5 having gas permeability is arranged oppositely or placed to a heat-fusing adhesive layer, and cold press molded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent wool in the woven fabric near blades to cut a skin material from being laid and consequently to make the external appearance favorable by a method wherein the temperature of the skin material to be cut with the cutting blades, in the vicinity of the cutting blades, is prevented from rising by cooling the side, which is be cut with the cutting blades of an electrode member for high-frequency welding. CONSTITUTION:A skin material is cut off with cutting blades 21 under the state that the cutting blades 21 are stopped within a woven fabric 2 by lowering a mold 23 onto a laminate 10. At the same time, the woven fabric 2 is pushed against a base material 1 side with an upper electrode member 22. Under the state as mentioned above, high-frequency voltage is applied to the upper electrode member 22 in order to weld the skin material 3 and the woven fabric 2 to each other. At this time, the temperature of the polyvinyl chloride skin material near the cutting blades 21 is prevented from rising by sucking air from or sending air into the mold 23 simultaneously with or before the start of the welding with the mold. When the skin material 3 and the woven fabric 2 are welded together, the application of high-frequency voltage to the upper electrode member 22 is shut off. After the cooling and solidification of weld between the skin material and the woven fabric, the mold 23 is raised. After that, the skin material 3 locating on the effective surface side of the woven fabric 2 is removed and a door trim is taken out of a lower electrode member 24.

In addition, a base material layer consists of the polypropylene resin containing or inorganic filler. With this constitution, such car trimming parts as being lighter in weight, ease of recycling and no noxious gas after burning can be secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an offensive smell from being given by heating both a glass fiber mat employing thermoplastic resin as binder and a skin material, on which hot melt adhesive is temporarily laminated so as to be integrally formed by press thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber mat 1 as a core material is made by entangling polyproplane fibers as binder by means of needle punching. On the other hand, a skin member 6 is made by laminating knitted fabrics 7 and polyurethane foam 8 whereby hot melt adhesive 9 is laminated on the surface of said polyurethane foam 8 temporarily. Then a glass fiber mat 1 and the skin material 6 are heated for melting the adhesive 9, after then, the mat 1 and the skin material 6 are bonded simultaneously in forming integrally. This constitution can prevent an offensive smell due to the heating of binder from being given.
