    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping and cracking from being generated in receiving of large load as well as to improve shape accuracy of a resin part by enhancing axial strength of an inner cylinder. SOLUTION: A vibrationproof rubber body 3 is joined between concentrically arranged inner and outer cylinders 1, 2, and an outward expanded expansion part 4 is provided on the outer periphery in the axial central part of the inner cylinder 1. The expansion part 4 is integrally formed on the outer periphery in the axial central part of the inner cylinder 1, it is constituted of a projecting part 11 extending along the expansion part 4 shape and smaller than the expansion part 4, and a front layer part 41 for covering the whole front surface of the projecting part 11 and made of a resin material having the constant thickness, the inner cylinder 1 is not provided with a thin wall part, and the axial strength can be therefore secured. Since the wall thickness of the front layer part 41 is constant, and there is no thick wall part on the front layer part, welding is easy, and there are few possibilities of slipping and cracking to be generated caused by large load.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a smooth slip having no rattle with a simple and inexpensive structure having few dumber of part items. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of a damping rubber body 3 is jointed with the inner periphery of an outer tube l, and the inner periphery of the damping rubber body 3 is located in contact with the outer periphery of an inner tube 2 having a large diameter at the middle section 21. A fiber layer 4 having a good sliding property is jointed with the inner periphery of the damping rubber body 3, and seal rubber sections 32 extended in contact with the outer periphery of the inner tube 2 are formed at both end sections of the damping rubber body 3. The relative rotation between the inner tube 2 and the outer tube 1 is assured by the fiber layer 4, the fiber layer 4 is kept in contact with the outer periphery of the inner tube 2 with no gap, and no rattle is generated. The number of part items is largely reduced, assembling/ manufacturing man-hours are reduced, and the cost is reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a bush for suspension device which can satisfy both functions of ride comfort and handling stability. CONSTITUTION: A hump part 11 constituted of a configulation expanded into a fan shape is provided in a part of an inner cylinder 1, and an inclined surface is formed on one side of the hump part 11. An outer cylinder 3 having a tapered surface 31 is provided at one end. The taper angle of the tapered surface 31 conforms with the angle of the inclined surface of the hump part 11. A rubber vibration insulator constituted of a rubber elastic body is integrated with inner and outer tubes 1, 3 by a curing and bonding means. An arc-shaped recessed part 22 is formed at a part of the rubber elastic body. A disc stopper 5 having a tapered flange 51 formed so as to face the tapered surface of the outer cylinder 3 is provided, and a cushion part 6 is formed at the tapered flange 51. The stopper 5 and the inner cylinder 1 are integrated so that the cushion part 6 may face the inclined surface.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple vibration-control bushing structure for a suspension, which is improved in its operational stability due to the offset of the axes of its pair of vibration-control bushings, is easily assembled and suppresses a high increase in its costs. SOLUTION: A suspension arm A and a carrier C are coupled together by means of a pair of vibration-control bushings B1 and B2. The first vibration- control bushing B1 comprise an outer cylinder 1, an inner cylinder 3 and a vibration-control rubber body 2 of a fixed thickness arranged therebetween. The second vibration-control bushing B2 has an inner cylinder 4 comprising a thick-walled cylinder body 41 of which inner peripheral hole 411 has its axis inclined relative to the axis of an inner cylinder 1 and a thin-walled cylinder member 42 forcibly pressed into the inner peripheral hole 411 and fixed thereto, to bring a shaft body C1 of the carrier C inserted into the cylinder member 42 and the axis of the bushing body inclined relative to each other. That arrangement causes the axes of the pair of vibration-control bushings B1 and B2 mounted on the same shaft body C1 to be offset relative to each other, to thereby dispense with the provision of a plurality of shaft bodies, facilitate their assembly and reduce the cost therefor.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of horizontal deviation a split part of a stabilizer bush without increasing the number of parts, to improve the durability of a vibration isolating rubber body, and to prevent horizontal deviation from a bush bracket. SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of a stabilizer bush B in which a split 13 extending in the axial direction is provided in a cylindrical vibration isolating rubber body 1, the split 13 is opened and fitted in the vicinity of a bent part of a stabilizer bar S made of a bent rod-shaped material, an inner cylinder of the vibration isolating rubber body 1 is a holding hole 11 of the stabilizer bar S, and tapered parts 11a, 11b of the shape which is gradually expanded outwardly and follows the shape of the bent part are provided on each end part of the holding hole. Even when the vibration isolating rubber body 1 is horizontally deviated, and abutted on the bent part of the stabilizer S, the end parts of the vibration isolating rubber body 1 are tapered along the bent shape, and the horizontal force as the reaction is not generated to prevent the horizontal deviation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation feeling, assembling performance and operability, and prevent generation of abnormal noises. SOLUTION: A coil spring insulator which is arranged between a coil spring 2 of a vehicular suspension and a spring seat 3 supporting the coil spring 2 is composed of a lamination body made up of a ring-like antivibration rubber sheet 51 and a layer 52 showing high slidability. The layer 52 is attached into a ring-like groove 3a formed on the spring seat 3. A circumferentially extending recession 5a is formed on an end face of the antivibration rubber sheet 51. An end of the coil spring 2 is held in the recession 5. Small frictional resistance is shown between the layer 52 and the spring seat 3 for generating sliding therebetwen. An apparent spring value is reduced, and operation feeling is improved. Since the frictional resistance is small, abnormal noises to be generated due to dislocation of the rubber and the metal parts, and positioning at the time of assembling is facilitated.

The vibrator 1 is disposed above the partition plate 3 and on a side of the main chamber 6. The vibrator 1 comprises a permanent magnet 17, a center pole 13, a circular exciting coil 11 disposed around the permanent magnet 17, and a bobbin 15 containing the exciting coil 11. A third liquid chamber 63 is disposed above the vibrator 1 independently of the main chamber 6. A second orifice 62 is provided for connecting the main chamber 6 to the third liquid chamber 63.
