CONSTITUTION:A bracket main body 1 of a radiator support bracket for holding the upper side of a radiator is composed of a plate-like base part 11 integrally formed by resin material, and to be fixed to a vehicle frame, an arm part 12 extended like a cantilever rack, and elastically bent and deformed, and a holding part 13 formed on the tip of the arm part 12, and for holding the upper side of the radiator. A through hole 14 through which a fixing bolt is inserted is provided on the base part 11, and a metallic restricting member 2 for restricting the deformation in the thickness direction of the base part 11 by tightening force of the fixing bolt to the fixed range is provided. A wall part 25 for covering the side surface of the base part 11 is provided on the restricting member 2, and the wall part 25 is provided with the gap having the fixed amount between the lower end and the vehicle frame, and the projecting part is provided on the upper surface of the base part 11 or the lower part front surface.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the mass of a bracket for forming an engine mount while improving its rigidity and make the natural frequency of the engine mount high. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 1, 1' are formed of vibration damping steel plates, and the center parts of the side plates 1, 1' are provided with opening parts 13, 13' of the same diameter. This pair of side plates 1, 1' are installed in the parallely opposed state as well as with the specified spacing, and the lower connecting parts 15, 15' and the upper connecting parts 11, 11' are jointed so as to form a bracket 5 of frame structure as a whole. A cylindrical vibration control bush 3 is pressed into the opening parts 13, 13' provided at the side plates 1, 1' of this bracket 5. With the adoption of this frame structure, the bracket 5 lightweight with high rigidity is formed, and the characteristic frequency of an engine mount can be made high. Vibration can be damped by the action of the vibration damping steel plates so as to display excellent performance from the viewpoint of a measure to counter vibration and noise.

The mass mounting metal fitting 3 of mounting the mass plate 11, 12 is set up in a lower metal mold with the bracket 5, to inject a rubber material into a space formed by a mold frame part of each metal mold and a pin, and after vulcanization bonding, rubber parts 21, 22, 23 are molded. In this way, a dynamic damper, comprising a mass 1 and the rubber parts 21, 22, 23, is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten an engine mount by way of omitting an outer cylinder of a vibrationproofing rubber body, to hold the vibrationproofing rubber body in a bracket by press fitting and to prevent hardening of a spring characteristic. CONSTITUTION:A vibrationproofing rubber body 1 is formed of leg parts 12 provided around an inner cylinder 2 as its center and radially from the inner cylinder 2, connection parts 13 formed by jointing head end parts of those leg parts 12 with each other, a projected part 11 provided in the neighbourhood of the connection part 13 and others, and it is made in an 8 figure shape as a whole. This vibrationproofing rubber body 1 is press fit in a cylindrical part 32 of a bracket 3 and simultaneously, the projected part 11 is engaged with an engagement part 31 of the bracket 3. Consequently, it is possible to lighten an engine mount and simultaneously, to prevent positional slippage of the vibrationproofing rubber body 1 and others by the effect of the projected part 11 and others.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify positioning of a retainer by making an insulator sandwiched between an upper retainer and a coil spring for suspension of a rubber material mixed with fatty acid and by forming a rugged part continuing to a guide surface for the retainer. CONSTITUTION:The suspension of a car body positions a spring insulator 21 in the state where its calyx-like part 21a is fitted to an upper retainer 11 from below and sandwiches the calyx-like part 21a between the upper edge of the coil spring 12 and the upper retainer 11. In this case, the insulator 21 is formed so that the inner and outer peripheries of the calyx-like part 21a continuously provided on the upper edge is curved in a section R letter shape downward and the upper surface of a part of the section R letter shape of the outer peripheral surface is made to be a guided surface 21b. By continuously forming sectionally triangle grooves 22 as rugged parts in the cross state on the overall upper surface of this calyx-like part 21, and forming the spring insulator 21 of a rubber material mixed with fatty acid it is possible to reduce sliding resistance with the upper retainer 11.
