摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a cowl louver manufacturing method preventing a windshield glass from being flawed by the edge part of a holding claw. CONSTITUTION:A sliding mold 43 is formed in such a way as to go over the whole inner side face of a holding claw 22 so as to be extended onto the extended line. The mating face 44 between an upper mold 42 and the sliding mold 43 is formed of the first face extended in the width direction from one side edge of the holding claw 22 formed part in the cavity of a metal mold 40, and the second face hanging from the first face. This results in preventing the damage of a windshield glass and maintaining the quality of external appearance.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the model releasing of a cowl louver and prevent its deformation by providing mold release ribs integrally formed of synthetic resin, hangingly at the lower face of a cowl louver body, in the positions corresponding to shielding ribs. CONSTITUTION:At both lateral end parts of the lower face of a cowl louver body 11, mold release ribs 13 formed of synthetic resin almost into the same curved plate shape as shielding ribs 12 are integrally formed in the positions corresponding to the respective shielding ribs 12, hangingly so as to be symmetrical to the shielding ribs 12 with the cowl louver body 11 held in between. At the mold release time of a cowl louver, the shielding rib 12 is thereby positioned on the movable mold A side, and the mold release rib 13 is positioned at a part corresponding to the fixed mold B side. Contact resistance between the shielding rib 12 and the movable mold A, and contact resistance between the mold release rib 13 and the fixed mold Bare thereby offset to prevent the lowering of mold releasing performance at the end part of the cowl louver.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent generation of burrs on the surface of a resin product and to integrally mold a resin product having sufficient joining strength in the case of using a slide core and integrally molding a piece of resin product through the different resin material. CONSTITUTION:A slide core 17 is movably provided in a mold 16 of one side selected from two molds 15, 16 which are clamped. A gap 19 is provided between the working face 17a of the slide core 17 and the mold 15. A cavity 18 incorporating the gap 19 is formed between both molds 15, 16 and the slide core 17 by mold clamping. A first resin material is poured into the first cavity 18 and thereafter a second resin material is poured into a second cavity 21 which is formed by moving the slide core 17. Therefore, the whole face of the working face 17a of the slide core 17 does not collide against the mold 15 and the working face 17a is not damaged. Further the first resin material and the second resin material are joined over a wide area.
