摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inflator cover which can easily be arranged on a lower surface of an inflator even when positions of bolts to be engaged are varied. SOLUTION: An inflator cover 11 is formed of an elastic thin plate, while being provided with a plurality of attaching holes 14 for externally fitting screw parts 3a of downwardly projected bolts 3, and engaging at their peripheral edges. The cover 11 is arranged so as to cover a lower surface of an inflator 5 by engaging the peripheral edges of the attaching holes 14 with the bolt screw parts 3a. The attaching holes 14 have long shapes spirally extended around a center of the inflator 5. Projections 15 are formed on the peripheral edges near the intermediate portions of the holes in the longitudinal direction, so as to narrow the widths of the holes.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the air bag device which can be lightened in weight without lowering the pad holding force of a bag holder, and also can be increased in internal space. SOLUTION: The air bag device M1 is equipped with a pad 17 made of a synthetic resin, which includes a ceiling wall part 18 to be broken when an air bag is expanded, and a mounting wall part 23, and with a metallic bag holder 30 which includes a bottom wall part 31 holding the air bag 11 at the upper surface side, and a side wall part 32 which is extended in the vertical direction from the outer circumferential periphery of a bottom wall part 31, and holds the pad 17. The mounting wall part 23 is provided with a mounting hole 28, and with a locking groove 26. The side wall part 32 is provide with a mounting hole 36 corresponding to the mounting hole 28, and with a locking pawl 34a capable of being locked on the locking groove 26. The pad 17 can be held by the bag holder 30 by letting the locking pawl 34a be locked on the locking groove 26, letting a rivet 50 be inserted into the mounting holes 28 and 36, and thereby letting the mounting wall part 23 be connected to the side wall part 32.
