SOLUTION: This spindle driving unit 1 has a bolster 2, a spindle 3 rotatably supported on the bolster 2, a motor 4 for driving the spindle 3, a control section 5 for the drive control on the motor 4, and a rotational speed monitor 6 for the spindle 3; wherein the motor 4, the control section 5 and the monitor 6 are installed inside a single housing 7; the rotator 13 of the motor 4 is fixed to the spindle 3 rotatably as a unit, and a stator 14 is fixed to the housing 7 at a position against the rotator 13; a driver board 15 provided with a drive circuit is set up on the rear side inside the housing 7, while a CPU board 16 provided with a CPU on the front side; and the control section 5 is made up of the driver board 15 and the CPU board 16.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier car driven by a linear motor which can change a track of the car without installing an apparatus for switching over a track of the car on the running path side of the car. SOLUTION: In a carrier car 1, a loading space 3 is retained by a pair of front and rear bogie trucks 2 wherein right and left travel wheels are installed, and the respective bogie trucks 2 are linked with the loading space 3 via rotating joints 5. Guide wheels 4a are installed on both sides of the bogie trucks 2, and can roll along guide trenches 7 constituting a running path 6. Primary side movable segments 8, 9 of a linear motor are installed on the lower surface of each of the bogie trucks 2, symmetrically to the right and left. A linear induction motor is used as the linear motor. In the movable segments 8, 9, the winding directions of coils wound around comb-teeth type cores are set so as to give thrust in the direction rectangular to the axle of the bogie truck 2 to the primary side movable segments 8, 9. Both of the segments 8, 9 are formed in the same configurations and arranged in such a manner that the centers are positioned on the vertical planes containing the axles.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor type conveyor, which can secure high stop positional accuracy and simplify the construction of the conveyor as a whole. SOLUTION: An LRM stator 5 for a linear reluctance motor is laid at the prescribed section of a conveyance route 1 near a loading/unloading station 4 and LIM stators 6 for a linear induction motor are laid in the other sections. A carrier 3 has a primary core, on which a coil is wound with distributed winding which is the winding type of a linear induction motor driven by a 3-phase AC and a universal inverter which controls 3-phase sine wave currents. A current is applied to the primary core by a general-purpose inverter and a magnetic field is induced in the primary core to drive the carrier 3. The command value of the inverter is changed, so as to have the primary core function as a linear reluctance motor when the carrier 3 is in the section, where the LRM stator 5 is laid and function as a linear induction motor, when the carrier 3 is in the sections where the LIM stators 6 are laid.

Each coil 18 is formed of three-phase, and the currents of u-phase, v-shape and w-phase are supplied to the coil 18 corresponding to the poles 17a and 17d, 17b and 17e, and 17c and 17f via a three-phase inverter for general use. A control device controls the inverter so as to drive the SR linear motor 15 in a sinusoidal manner.
