SOLUTION: An airbag holder 60 is provided at a proximate position on a vehicle upper side of a top end 36A of a center pillar garnish 36 along a forward and backward direction of a vehicle, and is composed of a soft resin material such as TPO (thermopolyolefin). Also, a compartment inner wall 60B of the airbag holder 60 is deformed in a compartment inner direction with a corner part 60E as a starting point by a deploying force of an airbag 20, so as to cover the top end 36A of the center pillar garnish 36.
