    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout excellent not only in gas-barrier properties for preventing the intrusion of oxygen into a container but also in productivity. SOLUTION: In this spout 1, a diaphragm 6 for closing a pour-out port is provided in a pour-out cylinder portion 2; a multilayer cylinder-like sleeve 8 with a functional resin layer 9 is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the pour-out cylinder portion; and a lower end of the diaphragm 6 and that of the sleeve 8 are located in a position to serve as a portion 16 for being sealed to a container body 15.
