    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout not allowing water to remain even when contents are sterilized by heating with a cap installed on a container with the spout and to be equipped with an adapter simply. SOLUTION: A screw section having two screws 7, 8 different leads is formed on the outer periphery of the spout tube 4 of the spout 1 to be attached to a container 2. The screw section comprises a small diameter screw section having a diameter ϕ 2 located to the spout end side and a large diameter screw section having a diameter ϕ 1 located to the container side. An adaptor requiring a sealing performance and easy removal property is mounted in the section of the large lead, and a cap 11 requiring a high sealing performance is mounted on the screw section having the small lead. Thus, water is not allowed to remain even if the contents in the container 3 with the spout capped with the cap 11 is sterilized by heating. The adaptor is mounted on the spout 1 simply and quickly.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisting-off seal opening mechanism, which enables an operator to surely sense completion of twisting-off of a sealing member, in a spout-cap assembly to be opened by twisting off the sealing member of the liquid passage of a spout by a cap.
      SOLUTION: The twisting-off seal opening mechanism comprises double sides projections arranged along an imaginary circle around the rotation central line and abutting projections relatively movable with respect to the double sides projections along the imaginary circle, while either the double sides projections or the abutting projections for expressing the completion of twisting-off are fixed onto the spout 2, whereas the other protrusions are fixed to the cap 3. The double sides projections comprise slightly slanting sliding surfaces whose projecting heights in a radial direction are approximately equal, and steeply tilted stopper surfaces, both surfaces are located adjacent to each other along the circle, while the abutting projections are capable of coming in contact with both the sliding surface and the stopper surface. At a position where the abutting projection pass through the sliding surface in a rotating direction, the relative rotative positions of the spout 2 and the cap 3 are at or past the positions of completion of twisting-off of the sealing member 15, and also at the separation allowance position wherein the separation of the cap 3 is allowed.
