摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for a special member such as an oven cylinder for forming a combustion room by forming an inflation part that enters an outer cylinder at a center part and using the space in the inflation part as a combustion room in one header plate for blocking one edge part of an outer cylinder. SOLUTION: An inflation part 5 in a closed-end cylindrical shape is formed at the center part of a header plate 4 by press machining, and a required number of holes for penetrating through smoke pipes 7, 7... are formed at a bottom wall 5a by punching. Then, the upper and lower edge parts of the smoke pipes 7, 7... are penetrated through holes formed at the bottom wall 5a of the inflation part 5 of the header plate 4 and a bottom lid member 9b of a smoke room 9, thus forming a one-piece tentative assembly body. Then, it is inserted into an outer cylinder 3 from the side of the smoke room 9, the peripheral edge part of the header plate 4 is deposited on the lower edge part of an outer cylinder 3, and an exhaust cylinder 10 is penetrated through a specific part between the peripheral wall of the smoke room 9 and that of the outer cylinder 3.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a higher heat exchanger performance and a smaller structure in an integration type heat exchanger combining an evaporator, an absorber and a supercooler to be used in an absorption refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: In an integration heat exchanger 1 combining an evaporator 5, an absorber 6 and a supercooler 7, a casing 2 of the heat exchanger 1 comprises two casing parts 3 and 4 and the two casing parts 3 and 4 are made to communicate through upper communication ports 3c and 4c and separated through a heat insulating clearance B below the communication ports 3c and 4c. The evaporator 5 is housed at one casing part 3 out of the two casing parts 3 and 4 while the absorber 6 at the other casing part 4. A supercooler 7 is arranged sideways across over an upper part of the evaporator 5 and an upper part of the absorber 6 crossing the communication ports 3c and 4c. The supercooler 7 is supported on lower rims of the communication ports 3c and 4c.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which achieves a high quality at a lower cost along with a higher performance and a smaller size in an integration type heat exchanger of an evaporator, an absorber and a supercooler for an absorption refrigerating machine. SOLUTION: A casing 2 of an integration combination type heat exchanger 1 is provided with two parts 3 and 4 and these parts are made to communicate through an upper communication path 5 or separated through a heat insulating gap B below the communication path 5. An evaporator 6 is housed in one casing part 3 while an absorber 7 in the other casing part 4 and a superheater 8 is arranged sideways across over upper parts of the evaporator 6 and the absorber 7 crossing the path 5. In an integration heat type exchanger 1 of the evaporator 6, the absorber 7 and the supercooler 8 thus arranged, the casing 2 is constituted of a hollow case with a roughly U-shaped vertical cross section and both ends thereof opened and two lid plates for closing openings at both ends of the hollow case. One leg part side surrounding wall of the hollow case is made as the casing part 3 while the other surrounding wall as the other casing part 4 and a part of linking both legs is made as the communication path 5. Extruding work is multiplied in use.

Then, a space 43 inside each of the heat exchanger elements 30, 31 and 32 is applied as a space where combustion gas flows, and a space 44 between each of the heat exchanger elements 30, 31 and 32 is applied as a space where the absorbing liquid 52 passes. Then, combustion gas is flowed from a region in the space 43 enclosing the discharged gas passage 42 at a portion where the discharged gas passage 42 communicates the space 43 inside each of the heat exchanger elements 30, 31 and 32 into the discharged gas passage 42, flows n a direction of the discharged gas pipe 55 and then discharged out to the surrounding atmosphere through the discharging gas pipe 55.

SOLUTION: A plurality of elements 10, each comprising a laminate of two planar bodies 1 provided with irregularities on the opposite sides thereof, are laminated wherein the inner space of each element serves as an inner-element medium passage 12 for passing one heat transfer medium whereas the space between respective elements serves as an inter-element medium passage 14 for passing the other medium. Parts 8 stretching toward the outside of the element 10 are provided at the opposite upper edge parts of two planar bodies 1 forming the element 10 in order to define a medium passage 13 extending along the upper edge parts of the element 10. Furthermore, a plurality of ports 9 communicating between the inside of the medium passage 13 and the inter- element medium passage 14 on the outside are formed while being arranged along the upper edge parts at each stretching part 8.

(2) There are prepared a first assembly U1 wherein a lid 3b and a core part 5a of an evaporator are integrated by soldering, a second assembly U2 wherein a lid 4b and a core part 6a of an absorber are integrated by soldering, a third assembly U3 wherein a condensed refrigerant atomization tube 9 or the like is soldered on the tank 3a, a fourth assembly U4 wherein a tank 4a, a dense absorbing liquid atomization tube 10 and the like are soldered and a fifth assembly U5 comprising a supercooler 7 is prepared, (3) the assemblies U1 and U2 are integrated by soldering. (4) The assemblies U3 -U5 are mounted on the those and in the process (3) to be temporarily assembled. (5) The mutual contact parts of the assemblies U1 -U2 as temporary assembly in the process (4) are welded.

SOLUTION: The vertical multi-plate type heat exchanger comprises a plurality of elements 10 formed by superposing two slender plate-like materials formed with irregularities on both surfaces and vertically disposing them. In this case, openings are formed at both ends of the materials in a lengthwise direction. And, flat surfaces 6a, 7a are formed protruding in the same height as convexes of the shape on the surface A of the material around the openings. The shape is formed of grooves 3 and strips 2a arranged at an equal interval alternately in the lengthwise direction of the materials and extended straightly in parallel continuously or intermittently in a width direction. And, the grooves 3a are formed in a sectional shape of the groove 3a corresponding to the recess of the shape executed on the one surface A in an equal two-dimensional curvature groove shape. The element 10 is formed by superposing one surface A of the two plate-like materials 1 at outside and the other surface B at inside, and bringing a plurality of the elements 10 into contact and superposing the surfaces 6a, 7a to be connected.

Then, the evaporator 2 is separated from the absorber 3 by a partition plate 4 and they are housed in a casing 5, integrally assembled, and then, they are blazed.
