摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the vibration of a collector head and relieve impacts received to the head at the mismatching spot of trolley, to reduce the occurrence of such a case in which the head is separated from the stringing, by installing an arm supported by a neit hart rubber spring to the upper section of the framework of a parallel linking mechanism which imparts a pressing force by means of a main spring and attaching the head to the top of the arm. SOLUTION: A parallel linking mechanism is constituted of an underframe 4, a main frame 5, a balancing frame 6, and an intermediate member 8 and a collector head 11, pressed against a trolley 1 by fixing one end of a main spring 7 to a lever 14 fixed to a main shaft 13 and other end to the underframe 4. Then, an arm 10 supported by a neit hart rubber spring 9 is installed to the intermediate member 8, and the head 11 is attached to the front end of the arm 10. Therefore, impacts given to the head 11 at the mismatching sport of the trolley 1 can be relieved, because the parallel linking mechanism section causes the head 11 to follow the trolley 11, when the interval between a vehicle 2 and the trolley 1 changes gradually, and when the interval changes abruptly, the vibration of the head 11 is suppressed by the damping effect of the spring 9.

Because of this, a pressure switch 39 is turned on, pressure switch 40 is turned off, and the rise of the current collector can be judged and detected by a logic element 41. Also, when the current, collector is folded, the mechanical valve 36 is switched and the passage is turned into a high pressure state. Because of this, the pressure switch 39 and 40 are turned on, and the folded state can be judged and detected by a logic element 42.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the aerodynamic noise produced by a current collector by boring one or a plurality of through holes through the horns of the collector in the running direction of a train. CONSTITUTION: Horns 7 are fitted to both ends of the main body 3 of a current collector for pantograph for railway train and a plurality of holes 7a is bored through each horn 7 in the advancing direction of the collector, namely, the running direction of a railway train at appropriate intervals. Since the horns of the conventional collector have bar-like shapes having no through hole, Karman's vortexes have been regularly formed behind the horns and aerodynamic noise has been produced. The horns of this collector have through holes in the running direction of the vehicle, parts of the air which collide with the front faces of the horns pass through the through holes. Therefore, the regular Karman's vortexes at the rear of the horns can be prevented by eliminating the joining of separated air flows toward the rear surfaces of the horns along the upper and lower surfaces of the horns.

CONSTITUTION:The outer surface of an inner cylinder 17 to which the central part of a collector shoe 18 is fitted is inserted into a ball spline bearing 16 formed in a surface shape of a ball spline shaft and fitted in a bore of an outer cylinder to be assembled. A force rotating the shoe 18 in a horizontal plane and a longitudinal force, a lateral force, a deviated load to be applied to the shoe 18 are all supported by the bearing 16. The shoe 18 is smoothly moved by a rolling contact of balls of the bearings 16 in a vertical direction without rotating in the horizontal plane. Since the cylinder 17 for mounting the shoe 18 is elastically supported by an elastic element 19 such as a coiled spring, etc., from the bottom of the outer cylinder in a vertical direction, it follows a small deviation of a trolley wire during traveling by the coiled spring and a large deviation by a frame. Further, the outer cylinder 15 is vertically held by a verticality maintaining unit.

SOLUTION: A sliding plate 1 has flat upper surface and parts 1a, 1b to be fitted fixedly with a sheath 20 are provided, in the longitudinal, at the lower part on the side face thereof. The fixing parts 1a, 1b are enlarged and the flange parts 2a, 2b of the sheath 20 are fitted to the enlarged fixing parts 1a, 1b thus securing the sliding plate 1 to the sheath 20. Since the abutting faces of the sheath 20 and the sliding plate 1 are made flat, apparent residual thickness matches the real residual thickness when wear of the sliding plate 1 progresses and since the frictional margin of the sliding plate 1 can be equalized to the height of the flange parts 2a, 2b, replacing time of the sliding plate 1 can be made clear. Furthermore, stabilized current collecting action can be ensured because the contact area is increased and the contact resistance is decreased.
