CONSTITUTION: A three-port solenoid valve 8 serving as a solenoid switching valve for weakening a door closing force is placed between the air supply port 1b1 of a valve element 1b located on the door closing side of an air pressure cylinder 1 and a four-port solenoid valve 6 serving as a solenoid switching valve communicated with an air pressure source 7. A relief valve 9 is connected to the exhaust side 8a of the three-port solenoid valve 8. Before a train starts, the doors 5a, 5b are closed on command from the conductor, during which the door closing force is weakened by temporary control of the solenoid switching valve for weakening the door closing force, or when a detector detects that some object is sandwiched between the doors, the force to close the doors 5a, 5b is weakened by energizing the detection signal by means of the three-port solenoid valve 8 serving as the solenoid switching valve for weakening the door closing force, and releasing pressure not less than the set pressure of the relief valve 9.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily make an electric rolling stock airless, eliminate an air wiring inside the rolling stock and at the same time reduce the sound of a compressor by operating a pantograph as an electrically-driven type using a linear motor. SOLUTION: A motor 19a is used as a power source, and a horizontally moving shaft 19c is moved left and right on the paper through reduction gears 19b. A freely turnable coupling part (b) is provided at its one end, and a mechanism into which an insulating material 20 and a long-hole link 16 are integrated is adopted as an operating device. In the constitution, a main shaft 13 is made to pass through the long-hole link 16 and a pin 15 at the tip of a fixedly connected lever 6 is made to pass through the long-hole link 16. With the rise of a pantograph, a horizontally moving shaft 19c is moved in the right direction by the rotation of the motor 19a through the reduction gears 19b, and the pantograph is made to rise along a moving quantity with the power of a main spring. On the other hand, at its descent, the horizontally moving shaft 19c is moved in the left direction by reversing the rotation of the motor 19a to pull the lever 6 against the main spring, so that the pantograph is descended to bring it into the state of being folded.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the noise at the time of high-speed running by putting one out of each two upper and lower frames inside the other, making each look to be composed of one outwardly, making only one vertical part constitute a shoe supporting rod and supporting the central part of a current collecting shoe at its upper end, and covering the lower end of the upper frame and the upper end of the lower frame with smooth covers. CONSTITUTION:The lower ends of lower frames 14 and 15 are supported by the main shafts 12 and 13 of a base frame 11. The respective upper ends of the lower frames 14 and 15 support the lower ends 16a and 17a of upper frames 16 and 17 with shafts. The lower frame 14 is hollow and contains the lower frame 15 inside, and the upper frame 16 is hollow and contains the upper frame 17 inside. The upper end 16c of the upper frame 16 supports a part near the upper end of a shoe supporting rod 18 with a shaft. The lower end 17a of the upper frame 17 is supported near the upper end of the lower frame 14 with a shaft, and its upper end 17b supports a part near the lower end of time shoe supporting rod 18 with a shaft. The shoe supporting rod 18 is cylindrical, and constitutes a shoe supporting shaft 21 wit a bearing 19 and a spring 20 put inside, and elastically supports a current collecting shoe 22 at a spot in the center part. Besides, joint parts of the upper and lower frames 16 and 14 are covered with covers 23 and 24. As a result of this, the noise in course of running is minimized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a rolling stock door that the response of a door closing force to control is delayed as the amount of air, i.e., the capacity of a compressor, increases, caused by the fact that a door closing force of 50 to 60 kgf is normally obtained by application of an air pressure of 5 kgf/cm2 to the door closing side valve element of a door closing air cylinder and that weakening the door closing force requires application of an air pressure of 1.5 kgf/cm2 to the door closing side valve element to hold a door opening side valve element at the atmospheric pressure, in which case reducing the pressure from 5 kgf/cm2 to 1.5 kgf/cm2 requires approximately 70% of the amount of air to be discharged while raising the pressure again to its initial value requires approximately 70% of the amount of air to be confined. SOLUTION: A normal air pressure of 5 kgf/cm2 is applied to the door closing side valve element and an air pressure of 3.5 kgf/cm2 is applied to the door opening side valve element to obtain a door closing force of approximately 18 kgf.
