    • PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate which has an excellent adhesive property and hardly curls itself by providing a film which comprises a polyimide resin or a polyamideimide resin wherein a specific amine residue having an imide or amide bonding is contained at least in a specific amount based on the whole amine residue, and a metal foil to be laminated on the film. CONSTITUTION:The title laminated body is provided with a film which is essentially composed of a polyimide resin or a polyamideimide resin wherein an amide residue component of formula I forming an imide or amide bonding is contained at least 60mol% based on the whole amine residue, and a metal foil laminated on the film. In the formula R1 and R2 each are hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl group, and they may be same each other. As a material to be used for containing an amine residue of the formula I, tolydine, tolydineisocyanate, etc., may be mentioned. When the content of the amine residue is less than 60mol%, curling of a metal laminate and etched product becomes great.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a heat resistant laminated body which has heat resistance sufficiently durable to heat at a time of soldering and is inexpensive and excellent in physical properties such as flexibility by laminating polyimide-based resin and/or polyamideimide-based resin via an epoxy-based heat resistant adhesive and further more forming the metallic foil layers on both surfaces of these resin layers. CONSTITUTION:A metallic foil is laminated on single face of a heat resistant resin layer made of polyimide-based resin and/or polyamideimide-based resin. The resin layers of this laminated body are mutually joined via an epoxy-based heat resistant adhesive. The utilized polyimide-based resin is a polymer having the repeated unit of polyimide shown in a formula I. In the formula, R shows a residual group of aromatic diamine or diisocyanate. R shows a residual group formed by leaving carboxylic acid derivative part of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid derivative part. Polyamideimide-based resin is a polymer having the repeated unit of polyamideimide shown in a formula II. In the formula, R shows a residual group formed by leaving amino group of aromatic diamine or diisocyanate. R shows a residual group formed by leaving the carboxylic acid derivative part of aromatic tetracarboxylic acid derivatives.
