The switching means switches a human body washing passage for washing the human body, and a nozzle washing passage for washing the body of the washing nozzle. The wash water with pulsation applied by the pulsation generating means is supplied to the nozzle washing passage to wash the washing nozzle.

Lengths of the first and the second lifting members are set so that, when the opening operation of the flapper valve is started, the first lifting member is strained while the second lifting member is relaxed. On the other hand in the process of the valve operation to a fully opened state, the first lifting member is relaxed while the second lifting member is strained.

According to the solenoid valve 3B, a pilot channel 3q is arranged on a downstream side of the pilot hole, which is led to a downstream side of the main valve channel without passing the diaphragm.
