CONSTITUTION:A raw base material molded product 13 for a toilet tool for feces is nipped with robot hands 16 and 17 and taken out from a conveyer. A glazing agent is injected into the molded product 13 from a glazing agent- extruding nozzle 25. An attaching member 15 is rotated to shake the molded product 13 in a prescribed order, whereby the glazing agent can be adhered to the wall surface of a drainage pipe 23 and coated over the whole regions of the wall surface. The attaching member 15 is subsequently rotated to rotate the molded product 13 and discharge the glazing agent in the drainage pipe 23 into a receiving vessel 26. In a next process the inner and outer surfaces of the molded product 13 is coated with the glazing agent and the coated molded product is transferred to a sintering oven, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To make a structure of a fork simple by taking up a mold by means of a press in the up and down direction provided on a machine frame and delivering thereby the mold. CONSTITUTION:An assembled mold 20 is mounted in a molding machine 1 by means of a fork. This mold 2 is elevated with a receiving stage 14 by forwarding cylinder units 10 and 10 and pinched by the receiving stage 14 upper press plate 11 for a top force. On the other hand, left and right side molds 22 and 23 are pinched by side cylinders 12 and 12. Then, a machine frame 3 is rotated by about 90 deg. in the clockwise direction and a slurry is fed from a slurry feeding and discharging tube 7 to slurry feeding and discharging paths 26 and 27. The slurry feeding and discharging path 26 feeds the slurry from a lower part of a cavity for a molding W1 and the slurry feeding and discharging path 27 feeds the slurry from a lower part of a cavity for a molding W2. The fed slurry is deposited as a layer on the molding face of the mold and excess water is discharged out of the mold through a porous layer. After a specified time passes, undeposited slurry is discharged out of the cavity through the slurry feeding and discharging tube 7 while compressed air is fed in each cavity from air tubes 15 and 15.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the title chamber of reduced drying space intended to make the humidity therein uniform, equipped with cubic storage-type shelves, a means for form receiving and delivery in relation to each shelf, a temperature-regulating means within the chamber and a circulating means for the chamber atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:At the center of a virtually closed controlled drying chamber 1 enclosed with a sidewall 2 and a roof 3, a wheel 12 is installed at the lower end of a vertically extended post 11, while the upper end is equipped with side rollers 13 sandwiching a pair of guide rails 6 along the roof 3, and the system is raised. A form elevator 10 is provided in such a manner that fork-shaped receiving and delivery means 14 free to advance and retreat are suspended with the respective chains 15 on the left and right sides of the post 11. Shelves 5 to put forms w thereon are arranged on both the left and right of the elevator 10. And a humidity controller 7 and a humidifier 8 are installed close to the sidewall 2, and the water atomized by the action of ultrasonic wave is fed via a hose 8a into the chamber 1. An inlet 3a for the atmosphere is opened at the roof 3, while ducts 21 each having vents 21a for the atmosphere are provided at the bottom of the chamber 1.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold easily different kinds of raw base moldings without damage by providing two arms fitting to each of both outer sides in the major axis direction of the contours of the raw base moldings and holding the raw base moldings by pressing them in the approaching direction each other. CONSTITUTION:A clamping apparatus 11 is supported on the upper part of a base 14 in such a way that a fixing member 15 is rotatable and movable forward and backward and two arms 16 and 17 are fixed on upper and lower positions aparted from each other on this fixing member 15. The upper arms 16 is supported on the fixing member 15 through a driving mechanism 18 and a pad 19 is provided on the apex. A raw base molding 13 carried by means of a conveyer 12 is held by means of arms 16 and 17 and taken out thereby of the conveyer 12 and the raw base molding 13 is held by means of the arms 16 and 17 and positioned above a receiving stage 26. Here, pads 19 are brought into contact with the front and rear parts of a rim of the raw base molding 13 and the rim 23 is pinched from the front and rear directions by means of the arm 16. In the similar manner, the arm 17 pinches the raw base moldings by bringing pads into contact with the front and rear parts of the main body 22 and therefore, the raw base moldings 13 can be held without damage.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an installation area from increasing, by a method wherein a plurality of slurry casts are arranged on a common frame body in the direction of height by separating from each other. CONSTITUTION:A cast molding device 1 is constituted of a molding station 10, a demolding station 2 and a lower and upper cast moving trucks 30, 40 running between both the stations. Molding frame body 12 and demolding frame body 21 are provided firmly respectively with lower and upper rails 13, 13 and 14, 14 and lower and upper rails 22, 22 and 23, 23. A lower and upper slurry casts 50, 60 are arranged up and down on the molding frame body 12. Since the upper and lower slurry casts 50, 60 are arranged up and down on the common molding frame body 12 and two products can be produced at a time, output can be increased without increasing an arrangement area. When a rim part, for example, of a Western style stool is molded with the upper slurry cast 60 out of the two casts 50, 60 arranged up and down and a belly part is molded with the lower slurry cast 50, the rim part and belly part can be fed at the same time and joining operation of the rim part and belly part is made easy.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the glazed surface of a molding to be held with a new clamp surface at all times by providing a clamping belt capable of coming into contact with the surface of a slurry-cast molding after glazing and a belt forwarding driving device capable of changing the clamp surface of the belt every holding of the molding. CONSTITUTION:In a period of the mounting process of a following toilet bowl molding W to a glazing line after the toilet bowl molding W is mounted from the glazing line to a baking line, at first, a rotating roller 14 is rotated in the direction of arrow through the driving of a motor 13 and thus the belt 21 is rotated. And, the separation of a glazing material adhered to the outer periphery of the belt 21 in a preceding glazing period is performed by means of a scraper material 22 and subsequently the wiping off of the outer periphery of the belt is conducted by means of a wiping off material 22. The belt 21 served to clean the outer periphery in this fashion is constructed such that a new clamp surface is forwarded. Consequently, both belts 21, 21 can automatically hold a toilet bowl molding W after glazing by new clamp surface at all times.

In this manner, supply and exhaust flexible houses are rendered unnecessary, and the lowering of an operative efficiency or cost-up of articles is prevented thereby. Besides, it is available that a pressurized air supply and exhaust pipe 29 is passed through the rotating shafts, summerizingly, it is preferable to pass a fluid pressurized air supply and exhaust pipe through the rotating shafts. And, it is also preferable to utilize the axially directional paths of the rotating shafts as supply and exhaust paths.
