SOLUTION: If it becomes the suspension state of water supply before pre- washing, from the temperature data of a high temperature sensor 23, the maximum hot water side valve opening information is taken in an operation part 91, and the valve opening information of a valve opening sensor 47 is taken in the operation part 91. Subsequently, both pieces of valve opening information are compared by the operation part 91, and if a mixing valve 40 is opened to the hot water side to excess, a water discharge disability signal is output from a storage part 92 to a driving circuit 93 to stop the application of an electric current to an actuator of a solenoid valve 30 and close the solenoid valve 30. Subsequently, as the discharge of water from a temperature control nozzle is impossible, even in the case of recovery from the suspension of water supply after that, there is no fear of discharging mixed hot water of a high temperature.

CONSTITUTION:The low temperature water which is supplied through a primary side water main flow passage 32 from a supplied water source is introduced into a hot water side branched flow passage 34 and a water side branched flow passage 35, and the low temperature water supplied from the hot water side branched flow passage 34 is stored in a hot water storage tank 70 and heated by a heater 72. The high temperature water flows out from the hot water storage tank 70 is mixed with the low temperature water in the water side branched flow passage 35 by a mixing valve 90, and jetted from a nozzle 16a for cleaning. A subtank 74 is connected with the hot water side branched flow passage 34. When the high temperature water which is heated by the hot water storage tank 70 counterflows, accompanied with the expansion/contraction of the hot water storage tank 70 in the supply of hot water or stop of water, the high temperature water is introduced into the subtank 74, and the inflow of the high temperature water into the water side branched flow passage 35 is suppressed by the subtank 74, and the detection temperature of a water temperature thermistor 152 is given with no influence.

CONSTITUTION:A bypassing pipe 38 is arranged in parallel with a hot water inlet port 36a of a primary side hot water feeding pipe 36. The hot water inlet port 36a has a hot water temperature keeping heater 39 fixed, so that a hot water temperature circulation flow passage 40 is formed by a hot water inlet port 36a, a hot water feeding tank 14 and the bypassing pipe 38. A controlling condition for the hot water temperature keeping heater 39 fixed to the hot water inlet port 36a of the primary hot water feeding pipe 36 for the hot water feeding tank 14 is set such that as the water level sensor 14b is more than a pump stopping level and less than a set temperature with a temperature sensor 14c, an electrical energization for the hot water temperature keeping heater 39 is started and in turn as it is higher than the set temperature, the electric power feed is so controlled that the electric power is stopped and then the hot water feeding tank 14 is always kept within a specific temperature range.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise resultant from the entrainment of air in a water supply pump or the damage of said pump by installing a lower limit float switch to a water supply tank and halting the operation of the water supply pump when a water level in the water supply tank falls below a predetermined water level. CONSTITUTION:In a hot water supply system S, a lower limit float switch 13a designed to turn on when the water level in a water supply tank 13 reaches the lower limit capacity to supply water is installed in order to perform control action 500, which restores operational troubles. When the output of a water level sensor falls below a pump suspension water level, a hot water supply pump 43 is adapted to halt its operation and hence prevents the entrainment of air in it. In the mean time, a water supply pump 32 for a hot water supply heater is running. When the water level in a hot water supply tank 14 is restored, hot water supply change over operation starts so that a change over switch may be transmitted to a shower device side. When a water level in the water supply tank 13 drops due to some troubles during the control operation and the lower limit float witch 13a is turned OFF, the water supply pumps 21, 43, and 32 for water supply, hot water supply, and hot water supply heater will be halted.

Then, the electronic controller calculates the mixing ratio of a mixing valve 90 on the basis of each detection temperature of a water temperature thermistor 152, hot water temperature thermistor 154, and the mixed temperature thermistor 156, and the water temperature of a main washing nozzle 16 is controlled to a target set temperature, the time loss in detection can be reduced to zero, and the feedback control can be carried out speedily and correctly.
