摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent speed reduction of the pre-processing section and prevent stopping of the intermediate processing section as long as possible by providing a speed criteria switching means where three speed criteria are added to the respective corresponding sections when the post-processing section is operated at a reduced speed or stopped. CONSTITUTION:A speed criteria circuits 41,43 generate the speed criteria for the pre-processing section and the post-processing section respectively. A speed criteria circuit 73 calculates and outputs the speed criteria of the intermediate processing section where two loopers reach the longer end at the same time on the basis of these speed criteria. A speed criteria switching means achieves ON/OFF operation of contacts 44, 46, 48 and adds the speed criteria of the speed criteria circuit 41 to the intermediate processing and the post-processing sections respectively during the normal operation, adds the speed criteria of the speed criteria circuit 41 to the pre-processing section when the post- processing section is operated at a reduced speed or stopped, adds the output of the speed criteria generating means 73 to the intermediate processing section, and adds the speed criteria of the speed criteria circuit 43 to the post-processing section respectively.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent collision of cast pieces with each other, by a method wherein, from a detecting signal for the tail end of a preceding cast piece and a detecting signal for the tip of a subsequent cast piece, a distance between the cast pieces is calculated, and by means of the distance amount, the stop of the subsequent casting piece is controlled. CONSTITUTION:The tail end of a preceding cast piece 2 is detected by an optical detector 19, the tip of a subsequent cast piece 3 is detected by a photoelectric detector 18, and a distance l4 between the two cast pieces 2 and 3 is calculated. The distance l4 is compared with an estimated moving distance l5 between the cast pieces 2 and 3 during a time between output of a stop instruction to a motor 9 and the stop of a roller table 5. When l5 is equal to or longer than l4, the subsequent cast piece 3 is stopped, and when l4 is longer than l5, the cast piece 3 is conveyed as it is. This constitution enables prevention of collision of the cast pieces with each other.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient point bearing capacity by excavating the foundation ground with an auger screw of a diameter smaller than the pile diameter, by enlarging the front end part of the excavated hole and by forming a foot protection part of a diameter larger than the pile diameter with cement milk poured therein. CONSTITUTION:Ground 1 is excavated with an auger screw 2 and the auger screw is made to penetrate through the bearing layer 1' until the front end of the auger screw 2 reaches the expected depth for the front end of a pile. Then, a head on the front end of the auger screw 2 is expanded, and enlarged excavation of the bearing layer in the expected depth at the front end of the pile is executed. The auger screw 2 is expanded with its excavation head kept expanded, and the bearing ground in the enlarged excavation is agitated. Then, cement milk is poured into the agitated part through the auger screw 2 and mixed with the surrounding earth to bring the mixture into mortar-like state, and thereby a foot protection part 4 is formed. After the auger screw 2 is extracted, a steel pipe pile 3 is driven in to reach the foot protection part 4.

First, the rolling rollers 7, 8 are pushed by pressure mechanism of air cylinders 4a, 5a, to the inner surface of a rotating steel pipe 6, the guide rollers 3a-3c settle and move welding positions of a spiral steel bar 9 relatively with movement of the travel truck and simultaneously, the welding torch 10 welds the spiral bar steel 9 to the spiral locus behind the guide rollers 3a-3c. Hereby, welding of the shaped spiral rib can be automatized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve cutting efficiency of the title steel pipe sheet pile and to prevent a nozzle from being damaged by forming a plasma arc of oxidizing gas and forming the torch tip of a heat resistant electric nonconductor and injecting the plasma arc at a specific push angle. CONSTITUTION:The plasma arc 13 injected from the nozzle 12 is formed of oxygen or the air oxidizing gas. On the other hand, a protective ring 12a and a protective cap 12b made of heat resistant and nonconductive ceramic, etc., are provided to the tip of the plasma arc torch 11. Further, the push angle of 5-30 deg. is given to the injection direction of the plasma arc 13 in the cutting proceeding direction of the steel pipe sheet pile 14. By this method, a rebound of molten slag in the direction of the torch nozzle 12 is prevented and the nozzle tip is prevented from being damaged by the protective ring 12a and cap 12b. Accordingly, molten metal is prevented from being deposited on a cutting part and the cutting efficiency is improved and the nozzle 12 is prevented from being damaged.
