    • PURPOSE: To perform the stable feed of oil during low speed operation and to hold sufficient lubrication function to cope with reduction of the size of a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A thrust plate 24 is brought into contact with the lower end part of the hollow crankshaft 4 of a vertical rotary compressor and the under surface of a bearing plate 14 to hold the crankshaft. Oil suction holes 27 are provided at the positions to communicate with the crankshaft internal hole 28 of the thrust plate. Lubricating oil contained on the bottom of a case is sucked in the internal hole 28 of the crankshaft 4 to lubricate a slide surface between the crankshaft 4 and the bearing 14. A plurality of oil holding discs 31 formed of a plurality of annular discs are arranged rotatably integrally with the crankshaft 4 in such a state to bring the outer peripheral surface of each oil holding disc 31 into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the crankshaft 4.

CONSTITUTION:In the blade part 10B of a turning scroll blade, its inner wall curved surface (m) is formed into a curved surface laid along a standard involute curve from a winding end angle phi0 to an angle (phi0-2pi) and a deformed involute curve which is a curve shifted inward from the standard involute curve in proportion to the winding angle phi of the blade part 10B, from this angle (phi0-2pi) to a winding start angle 0. The outer wall curved surface (n) is formed into a curved surface laid along the standard involute curve from the winding end angle phi0 of the blade part 10B to an angle (phi0-3pi), and deformed involute curve which is a curve shifted inward from the standard involute curve in proportion to the winding angle phi of the blade part 10B from this angle (phi0-3pi) to the winding start angle 0.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the volume efficiency by installing the first Oldham's coupling in the center part of the lap of a main rotary blade and forming the second Oldham's coupling in a trailing rotary blade and reducing the resistance in the suction of gas. CONSTITUTION:A scroll compression mechanism part 25 is equipped with a main rotary blade 26 and a trailing rotary blade 27. In the vicinity of the center part of the part where a trailing rotary shaft 35 and the second end plate 33 of the trailing rotary blade 27 are joined, the second Oldham's coupling 36 is formed, and opened in the upper part. At the center part of the lap 29 of the main rotary blade 26, the first Oldham's coupling 37 is installed. The second Oldham's coupling 36 is formed so that the first Oldham's coupling 37 is inserted. The trailing rotary blade 27 revolves for the main rotary blade 26, having a prescribed dimension (d) as radius, through the first and second Oldham's coupling 36 and 37, and the turning moment is transmitted through the contact of a wall surface engagement part 38 with the transmission part 37b, and the both rotary blades 26 and 27 rotate.

A recessed cavity part 47 of once receiving high pressure compressed gas, delivered from the compression space, and reducing a pressure is provided in a rotary shaft eccentric part internal peripheral surface location, opposed to a point end or boss part point end of the boss part of the turning scroll blade, to eliminate an influence relating to a supply oil path 46 for guiding lubricating oil to each sliding part.

Furthermore, when the turning scroll blade is turned, lubricant which has been exposed to the outer circumferential side so as to have been housed in the auxiliary oil supply recessed sections, is not dissipated around the circumference before the auxiliary oil supply recessed sections is closed by the slide-contacting end face of the thrust ring, and lubricant is intermittently supplied to a compression chamber S which is a compression space formed by the stationary and turning scroll blades, out of the circumferential end sections of the stationary scroll blade 8 and tuning scroll blade.

A sub-shaft part 5c is integrally provided on the eccentric part 5b lower part of the main shaft 5, and the sub-shaft part 5c is rotatably supported by a sub- bearing 10. The length of the bearing surface which is the inner circumferential surface of the bearing boss part 9a is set to a length for continuously supporting the center part position (g) of a blade part 9c and the center-of-gravity position (c) of the turning scroll blade 9, and the center position (a) of the bearing surface of the bearing boss part 9a is set between the center part position (g) and the center-of-gravity position (c).
