摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operability and energy efficiency of a thermal decomposition of a plastic and also a quality and recovery ratio of a heat decomposed product. SOLUTION: A plasticizer is removed by bringing a plastic into contact with a material having an absorptivity of the plastic in a heated state. A lead component is removed by using acetic acid and hydrogen chloride. The plastic is thermally decomposed after forming the plastic into thin layers. The molten plastic is heated from the interior. A heated gas having low activities is blown into the molten plastic. The plastic is decomposed by adding a heavy oil or a plastic including no halogen to the molten plastic. The thermally decomposed gas is treated by an active carbon and a hydrogen chloride trapping agent. The thermally decomposed gas is distilled by using a distilling column having plate trays having variable number of penetrating holes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a laminated conductor and the manufacturing method thereof, which can be easily connected to an insulating film, which has excellent mechanical strength and connection property, and with which a fine pattern of high reliability can be formed with high accuracy and favorable reproducibility. CONSTITUTION:A laminated conductor is provided with an insulating tape main body 1 and a conductor layer 2 which comprises at least one element chosen among Cr, Zr, Ti which is connected to at least one main surface of the insulating tape main body 1 in an integrated manner, by wt. ratio of 0.01-1.5% and a Cu alloy containing unavoidable impurities. The connected surface side of the conductor layer 2 with the insulating tape main body 1 forms a Cu alloy layer rich in Cr, Zr, Ti components, and has an oxide layer. To manufacture the conductor layer, the conductor film is processed in a nitric acid aqueous solution.

CONSTITUTION:A hollow bass 1 is formed by a resin having excellent heat and water resisting property such as Nylon 6. Fibers 4 made of Nylon 6 and the like having excellent heat and water resistng property and abrasion resistance are planted by a bonding agent 3 such as epoxy having excellent heat and water resisting property. Six small holes 2 are provided in the hollow ball 1. Therefore, the ball is superior to a conventional sponge with respect to the displacement of water and air, which is included in the ball, manufacture, and the abrasion resistance. Since the ball has sufficient heated water resisting property, the ball can be applied to a device such as a heat exchanger for geothermal binary cycle generation, in which hot water whose temperature is 120-130 deg.C flows.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a freezer in which adhering and accumulated substances having as a major substance wax are not generated at an inner wall of a capillary tube by a method wherein the capillary tube connected to a cycle tube is heated and the other end of the capillary tube is connected to an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: As refrigerant is heated within a compressor 7, wax mixed in a freezing cycle is melted. This melted wax is circulated in sequence together with the refrigerant through a condensor 8, a cycle tube 3 and a capillary tube 1. A part near a connected part between the capillary tube 1 and an evaporator 2 shows a quite low temperature, so that the wax at its melted state is adhered and accumulated within the capillary tube 1 and a clogged state occurs at the capillary tube. In this case, if the capillary tube 1 is heated with a ribbon heater 4, for example, the wax adhered and accumulated within the capillary tube 1 can be melted and then removed to the evaporator together with the refrigerant.

SOLUTION: This method disassembles a recovered secondary battery, cleans and heats the element part of the disassembled battery. The active material layer of the electrode element part of the heated battery element part is peeled off and separated for crushing. The powdered active material layer is immersed in acid solution to elute an acid soluble component and separate the acid solution from an insoluble component. It is a disposal method of waste by precipitating and recovering a metal component in the acid solution.
