摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate removal of a foreign matter in a conveyance piping for liquid, e.g. lubricating oil, by a method wherein a compressed gas injection piping having a solenoid valve is connected to the upper stream side of a main piping, the flow rate control valve of the main piping is located on the upper stream side of the main piping at a connection part therebetween, and when the velocity of flow of the main piping is decreased, intermittent injection of compressed gas is effected. CONSTITUTION:In order to remove a residual foreign matter in a piping after installation of an oil feed pipe 7, lubricating oil in a vacuum tank 4 is forced to flow to an oil feed pipe 7 end a temporarily-mounted strainer 8 with the aid of an oil pump 5. A part of lubricating oil entering a bearing chamber 9 flows through an inner return oil pipe 10, an enlargement layer 11, and a float trap chamber 14 and back to the vacuum tank 4, and the rest flows through a bearing return oil pipe 12, an air bleed tank 13, and a supply pipe 15 and back to the vacuum tank 4. The opening of a control valve 18 is kept at a specified value by means of a control panel 21, and after lubricating oil is caused to flow at a high velocity of flow for a specified time, a velocity of flow is decreased. Right thereafter, a solenoid valve 19 is opened and closed at a cycle of 3-7 seconds for a specified time, compressed air is intermittently injected, and the flow of lubricating oil is returned to its initial high velocity of flow. Through repetition of the aboves, pulsation is forced to occur in a piping, and a foreign matter in the recessed part of a piping can be caused to effectively flow to the outside.
