      CONSTITUTION: The list of music names 12 is provided with an indicator 16 corresponding to music names, and a music name display plate 10 is provided with a scan start switch 18 and an input switch 20. Reserve is first made by the scan start switch 18, and the indicators 16 are lit in order from the music name No.1. When scanning reaches a desired music, the scan start switch 18 is released to stop the scanning, and then an input switch 20 is pushed thereby reserving the desired music. Repeating the above operation allows the selection and the reserving of any desired number of music items.

CONSTITUTION:The section of legs 1a, 1b, 1c of iron core 1 is almost ellipsis where the laminating direction is short and the direction at the right angle to it is long so that the width direction size W of device, for example, consisting of iron core 1, windings 2a, 2b is curtailed. Accordingly, the windings 2a, 2b, 2c wound to the legs 1a, 1b, 1c are formed in ellipsis at its outer diameter in line with the shape of legs of iron core. Thereby, length L of apparatus interior becomes a little longer but the width size W is curtailed. Therefore, if the width size W is restricted by the limitation on transportation, such shape is very effective and satisfies the limitation on transportation.

Then, the main core is constituted by laminating a plurality of thin rectangular punching plates 5, the plate width W of the punching plates 5 is continuously changed, and both ends of the punching plates 5 are continuously contacted to the circumscribed circle 6. As a result, the cross-section of the main leg core 2b can be formed into a round shape. Consequently, the cross-section of the core is circularly formed, an air-gap between the core and the circumscribed circle is substantially removed, the space factor of the core is improved, and the diameter of the coil and the size of a tank can be reduced.

Consequently, steel plates in the same width are cut at 45 deg. and each unit steel plate is shaped in the lower external yoke steel plates 1a, 2a and the upper and lower internal yoke steel plates 1b, 2b, 2c. Steel plates in different width are each cut at 45 deg. at every predetermined size and respective until steel plate is shaped in the central-leg large and small steel plates 3b, 3a. Steel plates in the same width are cut and formed, changing the direction by 45 deg. in side-leg steel plates 4.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the attainment of uniform baking quality and to improve the operation efficiency of a baking furnace, by applying continuous varnish baking to a hooped material while uncoiling the material before cutting an electromagnetic steel plate. CONSTITUTION:After being set on an uncoiler 8, a hooped material is uncoiled and simultaneously subjected to varnish coating by a varnish roller 2, and then it is conveyed by a conveyor 5 into a baking furnace 4, wherein varnish baking is applied thereto. An electromagnetic steel plate 6a undergoing the varnish processing is coiled on a recoiler 9 and a continuous operation is started. The speed of these recoiler 9 and uncoiler 8 is changed synchronously with that of the varnish roller 2 and the conveyor 5. The speed of rotations of the varnish roller 2 and the conveyor 5 and a furnace temperature 3 are adjusted automatically to be proper based on the baking quality which is detected by a baking quality detecting device 7 set on the recoiler 9 side. A series of operations described above are controlled automatically.
