摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of the dislocation of the density and the hue by time-dividing and multiplexing the output from respective charge linking elements, converting the multiplexing signal to a digital signal and storing temporarily the converted signal. CONSTITUTION:The signal outputted from respective charge linking elements (CCD element) 5a-5d is respectively amplified by amplifiers 11a-11d, and supplied to sample holding circuits 12a-12d. Thus, the sample holding circuits 12a-12d sample-holds the signal from the amplifying circuits 11a-11d, and outputs it to a signal changing-over circuit 3. Then, the signal changing-over circuit 13 time-divides the signal supplied from the sample-holding circuits 12a-12d, multiplexes it and output is to an A/D converting circuit 14. Thus, the A/D converting circuit 14 converts the signal from the signal changing-over circuit 13 to a digital signal and outputs it to a storing circuit 17. Thus, by time-dividing and multiplexing the photoelectric-converting signal of plural CCD elements, the influence to the picture signal can be eliminated.

By a speed comparator 33, the speed signal of the speed detector 19 is compressed with a previously-set specified value, and when a speed is of the specified value or more, then the switch 29 is turned OFF, and when the speed is of a value less than the specified value, then the switch 29 is turned ON. As a result, when the speed of a carrier unit 1 is of the specified value or more, then the input of the speed signal only to the driving source 9 is provided, and when the speed of the carrier unit 1 is of the value less than the specified value, then the input of a positional deviation signal added to the speed signal is also provided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily measure a difference of the sensitivity ratio to a color signal of each picture element of a color image sensor, by providing color filters of plural colors between a light source and an image sensor, and moving selectively a position of this color filter. CONSTITUTION:With respect to a color image sensor 4 which becomes a sample, plural color filters 3 are provided between a light source 1 for irradiating a light beam and the image sensor 4. By moving a position of this color filter 3 selectively through an endless belt 7 by a driving circuit 9 and a motor 8, a light beam of a specified color is irradiated onto the image sensor 4. An output signal obtained from the image sensor 4 is amplified by an analog signal processing circuit 11, A/D-converted, and thereafter, sent to a control circuit 12. This control circuit 12 executes a measurement processing of a sensitivity distribution to a specified color of the image sensor 4.
