A prescribed potential difference is made to generate at both ends of the capacitor C by turning the switching element SW1 and switching element SW2 ON in respective first periods of liquid crystal display cycles and then a voltage obtained by adding the prescribed voltage and the the voltage of the output terminal of the operational amplifier 2 is outputted from the output terminal 3 while turning switching elements SW1, SW2 OFF in residual second periods in the liquid crystal display cycles and by turning the switching element SW3 OFF in the first periods and ON in the second periods.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a testing in a tester with a limited number of measuring terminals by connecting a plurality of output terminals of a semiconductor device in common to make a terminal to be measured enable while other terminals are made to disable to test. Then, when the signal T1 is turned to an H level and the signals T2-T4 at a L level, input data I1, I5... are applied to terminals E1, E2.... In such a manner, a function and electric characteristic of the terminals O1, O5... are tested and other output terminal are made high in impedance. The signals T2-T4 are turned to the H level sequentially and a test is performed in the same way thereby enabling the testing of all of the output terminals.
