摘要： PURPOSE:To heighten an orientation degree of a superconductor by inserting a conductive substance having fine pores into a superconductor, and to obtain a high critical current density (Jc) and a high critical current (Ic) by introducing on effective pinning center. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped conductive substance 1 having fine pores for generating a pinning center is introduceced into a superconductor. Namely, an oxide group superconductor 2 is formed on both surfaces of the conductive substance 1 having fine pores, and further a conductive coating member 3 is formed so as to wrap the superconductor 2, thus constituting a wire rod 4. A plurality of sheets of the substance 1 are inserted so as to form a multilayer structure of the substance 1 with the superconductor 2. Then, in the wire rod 4, by adopting lamination structure not only Jc can be improved but also a sectional area of the wire rod 4 can be enlarged while the semiconductor 2 holds high orientation so that a current can be made to flow through the wire rod 4 so as to further enlarge Ic.

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate anisotropy of a critical current or the like relating to a magnetic field by orienting a crystal axis of the longest lattice constant of all so as to be almost vertical relating to a base body, and further providing a part with a different direction of the crystal axis. CONSTITUTION:A tape-shaped base body 11, in which rolling work is applied in a fixed direction relating to a silver material, is recrystalized by heat treatment. Next, an orientation surface by a (100) surface of this silver tape is set up in a filming device so as to be opposed to a spatter source, and yttrium, barium, copper are respectively spattered and continuously accumulated on the orientation surface of the tape. Then, a plurality of sheets of this unit wire rod 13 are piled and pressed to prepare a plurality of units 14. Successively, this plurality of these units 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d are piled together so that molded units 12 of the adjacent units 14 are vertical to each other and further pressed. In this way, extreme reduction of a critical current can be prevented by suppressing anisotropy relating to a magnetic field of the critical current.

Thereby a much greater magnetic field than that to be generated by one cylindrical superconductive substance layer 1 through current flowing can be produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve critical current density by normally sintering a starting material at the specified temp. and making it a single phase consisting of a high temp. phase of a Bi based oxide superconductor before performing heat treatment in the region of the specified partial pressure and temp. to introduce oxygen. CONSTITUTION:After materials, such as Bi2O3, PbO, SrCO3, CaCO3 and CuO mixed in the specified composition ratios, the mixture is calcined and pulverized in the air. The powder is made pellets which are normally sintered at 830-860 deg.C under the oxygen atmosphere adjusted to the specified partial pressure of oxygen to form an oxide superconductor having >=90vol% high temp. phase and represented by BiaPbbSrcCadCueOx (a: 1.8-2.3, b: 0-0.4, c: 1.8-2.2, d: 1.8-2.3, e: 2.9-3.6. x: 9.5-10.3). The superconductor is 1 heat treated at atmospheric pressure under the conditions in the region enclosed four points of oxygen partial pressure [% (Po2/atm)] and heat treatment temp. ( deg.C), (0.2, 800), (2, 800), (100, 850) and (100, 880) and oxygen is introduced by 15.0-16.0% to obtain a Bi based oxide superconductor.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize an excellent superconductive characteristic in preferable reproducibility by reducing a residual carbon amount, and enhancing density of a superconductor. CONSTITUTION:Compounds not incorporating carbon, e.g. salt not including carbon such as nitrate and sulfate, halide, oxide and the like are used as starting materials including metal elements composing an oxide superconductor. The starting materials are mixed in a predetermined composition ratio, thus preparing material mixture powder. Calcination is applied to the material mixture powder as required, to mold it into a desired shape, followed by a heat treatment. Consequently, it is possible to obtain an oxide superconductor having a residual carbon amount of 0.03% or lower by weight.

CONSTITUTION:No superconductive phase parts caused by radiation of energy beam and having a diameter less than 3mum are arranged in dispersion at spaces less than 10mum to form an oxide superconductive member. These no- superconductive phase parts have an appropriate sizes and the appropriate distribution condition to function effectively as the pinning center of a quantum magnetic flux under the condition cooled to a liquid nitrogen temperature. Consequently, lowering of superconductivity such as a critical current density or the like to be caused by application of the magnetic field can be restricted.
