摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor of a worker for enormous number of oxidized scale removing works of a welding part by providing a remote control part performing a remote control for revolution of a brush stored in a brush revolving part separately from revolution of a head revolving part and the brush revolving part. SOLUTION: When a worker turns on a switch 18 for power supply of a remote control part 17 and further turns on a power supply switch 19 for head revolving part and a start switch 20 for head revolving part, both of the head revolving part and a brush revolving part 14 are driven. The brush revolving part 14 is moved, performing planetary movement in the peripheral direction of a welding part of a heating tube 7. When the worker turns on a switch 21 for brush of the remote control part 17, a brush 15 is revolved and oxidized scale generated in the welding part of the heating tube 7 is removed by the rotational force.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly execute annealing work and to improve its productivity by providing the annealing device with a sintering device consisting of a work coil setting section moving freely advanceably and retreatably to and from the weld zones of tube panels, high frequency generating section and a temp. measuring section. SOLUTION: The tube panel A is mounted at a transporting truck 14 in a posture at which the pipe axes of the headers 10a, 10b thereof face a height direction. Both sides of this transporting truck 14 are provided with columns 16 via outrigger sections. The annealing device 17 is mounted freely advanceably and retreatably at these columns 16. The annealing device 17 consists of a work coil setting section 20 connected to a first lifting drive section 18, a high frequency generating section 22 connected via lead wires 21 to this setting section 20 and a temp. measuring section 25 connected to a second lifting drive section 23. The annealing of weld sections 12 is executed with such constitution by positioning the setting section 20 at the weld zones 12 of heat transfer tubes 13, moving the temp. measuring section 25 in the pipe axis direction of the headers 10a, 10b and inductively heating the weld zones 12 by energization from the high frequency generating section 22.
