    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firstly suppress deformation of a part where a bearing of a bearing housing formed by press drawing of a metal thin sheet is arranged and vibration of the bearing and to secondly suppress sliding of the bearing while the bearing housing is kept removable when it is repaired. SOLUTION: At first, a metal ring 44 is fitted on a part where the bearing 41 of the bearing housing 36 is arranged and rigidity of the part is made larger than those of the other parts. Secondly, the bearing 42 is made to be a ball bearing and the inner ring is brought into press contact with the outer periphery of a dehydrating shaft 43 and a gap is formed between the outer ring and the inner periphery of the bearing housing 36 and an annular elastic body 55 with an outer diameter projected larger than the dimension of the gap from the outer periphery of the outer ring is mounted on the outer periphery part of the outer ring and the outer ring is inserted into the inner periphery of the bearing housing 36 through this elastic body 55.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of a bearing part and electric power consumption and to provide the sufficiently high detection accuracy of a laundry amount by using a needle bearing for a bearing for rotatably supporting a washing shaft inside a dehydrating shaft in a washing machine provided with the dehydrating shaft and the washing shaft concentrically. SOLUTION: The needle bearing 39 is used for the bearing for rotatably supporting the washing shaft 37 inside the dehydrating shaft 35. Since the needle shaft 39 is a rolling bearing and brought into contact with a shaft on a line extended in the axial direction of the peripheral surface of a needle, it is sufficiently suitable for use in the conditions of applying high loads and is suitable as the bearing of a dehydrating and washing machine driving part. Then, frictional resistance is made small and the noise is reduced by a slide shaft. Also, the consumption of electric power is reduced by the smallness of the frictional resistance. Further, even in the one of detecting the rotation degree of a motor to washing loads and judging the laundry amount, the sufficiently high detection accuracy is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce operating sound of a reduction gear mechanism and bumping sound in reversing motion of an agitating body. CONSTITUTION: A lower washing shaft 33 is penetrated through the inside of a lower vessel shaft and an input gear 41 of a reduction gear mechanism is formed of the upper part of the lower washing shaft 33. This input gear 41 is composed of a helical gear. An elastic body 44 to be a pressuring means is interposed between a flange part 33b under the input gear 41 of the lower washing shaft 33 and the upper face of a bearing metal 34. The elastic body 44 is made of metal and formed in a doughnut shape disc bent as the whole body and is elastically deformed in the shaft direction. The lower washing shaft 33 is pressed and energized to the shaft direction, for instance to the upward direction.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a tumbler from corotating in washing operation and components from being damaged when power stoppage, etc., by providing a driving part which locks the tumbler with a locking part engaged with an engaging part when energized to drive, and releases when shut off. CONSTITUTION:Even though the tumbler of a washing machine stops in an position randomly, and a notch 31b is not lined up underneath a pawl 34a of a lock lever 34, electromagnet 37 is energized to drive and the lock lever 34 is turned, and the pawl 34a of the lock lever 34 comes into contact with the periphery of an upper flange 31a of a brake drum 31. With this state, when the tumbler corotates, the pawl 34a of the lock lever 34 travels while being in contact with the periphery of the upper flange 31a of the brake drum 31 relatively, and when the notch 31b lines up underneath the pawl 34a, the pawl 34a is engaged with the notch 31b. Thus, the tumbler is locked and prevented corotation after this.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the concentration of stress on an extended part of a coil spring and to improve the reliability on strength of a coil spring by fixing a connector to a pint so that an extension line of an extended part of a coil spring coincides with a center of a pin installed at a stationary part and by reducing a stress placing on an extended part. CONSTITUTION:While a central axis of an extended part 37 is placed at an approximately central axis of grooves 39a, 40a of a connector 38, a pin 41 is fixed at a stationary part such as an inner bottom part of a lower housing 13. And the connector 38 is fixed to this pin 41 by having through the adapter hole 38a on it so that an extension line of the extended part 37 coincides with the center of the pin 41, as the center of the adapter hole 38a of the connector 38 is placed on the extension line of the extended part 37 of the coil spring 36. By this, the stress on the extended part 37 of the coil spring 36 is fairly reduced, and the stress can be made smaller than a yielding point of a spring wire rod of the coil spring 36. Therefore, the reliability on strength of a coil spring 36 can be improved.
