    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely eliminate an unbalanced state in a rotating drum.
      SOLUTION: In this drum type washing machine, an unbalanced state in the rotating drum is recognized based from the rotation variation of a motor in a process wherein the revolution number of the motor is raised to a maximum revolution number at the time of a dehydrating operation, and a cloth loosening control in response to the unbalanced state is performed. For example, when it is judged that an unbalance occurs in the right and left sections in the rotating drum, the driving of the motor is stopped for one time, and then, the motor is rotated for 5 seconds at a low speed so that the revolution number of the rotating drum may become approximate 50 rpm. When it is judged that an unbalance occurs at around the center of the rotating drum, the driving of the motor is stopped for one time, and then, the motor is rotated for 20 seconds at the low speed so that the revolution number of the rotating drum may become approximate 50 rpm.

SOLUTION: A motor 13 rotatably drives a rotary tube, and is vectorially controlled by a motor driving control means composed of a microcomputer 33. The microcomputer 33 functions as a control means for controlling washing operation. A voltage dividing resistance 53 is arranged between the motor 13 and GND 2.
