摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a sheet which is utilized for various kinds of inspections including clinical examinations and on which a physiologically active material is immobilized, its manufacturing and preserving methods, and a physiologically active material supplying method. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 1 on which a physiologically active material is immobilized is provided with a water-insoluble substrate 2 and physiologically active material- immobilized layer 3 composed of a water-soluble resin and a physiologically active material immobilized on the entire or partial surface of the substrate 2 with the water- soluble resin in between. When the sheet 1 is dipped in such an aqueous solvent as the buffer solution, etc., an aqueous solution of the physiologically active material can be obtained in a short time without allowing the constituent of the substrate 2 to be mixed in the aqueous solution. Therefore, the sheet 1 can be used to various kinds of inspections including clinical examinations. In addition, since the sheet 1 is constituted in such a way that the physiologically active material is immobilized on the substrate 2 with the water-soluble resin in between, no container is required for housing the physiologically active material and, at the same time, weighing work can be simplified at the time of using the sheet 1.

For instance, spleen cell suspension of an immunized mouse and the myeloma cell stocks are set in cultivation ground, and a cell fusion agent is added thereto. After fusion reaction processing, centrifuged cells are removed to another cultivation ground for selection, aimedhybridoma (cell fusion) is selected and cloned. The cloned hybridoma is cultivated in a suitable cultivation ground for breeding and a desired monoclonal antibody can be obtained from the supernatant of the cultivation ground.
