The inner diameter of the filling nozzle receiving portion 12 is made larger than that of the liquid stop forming portion 13, and the thickness of the upper part of the discharge tube where the engaging ring 6 is positioned, is reduced.

Thus, an adherence of a dirt such as a slime, a darkness or the like generated on the surface of the structure can be prevented.
