    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify position adjustment of a cutter by detecting a rotational angle position of a rotary blade of the cutter and also detecting a rotational angle position of a seal drive shaft and by synchronizing perforation and cutting by the rotary blade with sealing operation of longitudinal and lateral sealing means. SOLUTION: A seal drive shaft detection signal by a seal drive shaft detector 71 and a rotary blade rotational angle detection signal from a rotary blade detector 73 are input to a motor control means, where the signals are compared in connection in time, and a motor is driven controlled. If an instance when blade tips of the rotary blade 41 by the rotary blade rotational angle detection signal align with each other is within a period for detecting the activation center of hot plates 21, 31 of the seal drive shaft detection signal, rotation of the rotary blade 41 continues as it is. On the other hand, if the instance when they align shifts from the activation center of the hot plates, the motor 45 is accelerated or decelerated to adjust rotation speed of the rotary blade 41, whereby the instance when the tips align is recovered to within the period of the activation center of the hot plates.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely automate a film connecting work so that there is no deviation in the width direction between a film on a supply side reel and a film on a waiting side reel when the film on the supply side is used up. SOLUTION: In a packaging film feed device in which reels R1, R2 are provided on a pair of supports frames which are longitudinally movable in a direction orthogonal to a film moving direction relative to an automatic packaging machine, one of the reels is on the supply side and the other reel is on the waiting side, and the film F on the supply side and the film F' on the waiting side are alternately connected when the film on the supply side is used up, the support frames are provided with a pair of film connecting rolls rotatable opposite to each other between the reels, the film on the supply side is passed therebetween, and a tip part of the film on the waiting side is temporarily stopped by attaching a pressure sensitive adhesive double coated tape to a roll press part on its side. By detecting that the film on the supply side is used up, the rolls are rotated, and the films are connected to each other through the tape at the pressing part.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily change and set the stacking number per bundle, and to constantly ensure the stacking number in an accurately balanced manner by successively and horizontally stacking and filling each subdivision pack in a plurality of accumulation spaces which are radially formed in an outer edge of a rotary in stepping-rotation. SOLUTION: Stick-shaped subdivision packs 9 which are successively carried with equal intervals on a carrying conveyor 8 are picked up by a dispensing lift projection 52 of a filling conveyor 51, and successively pressed into one 2a of a plurality of accumulation spaces formed on an outer edge of a rotating body 1 fixed on a horizontal rotary shaft 19, and stacked and filled in stacking body 90.
