CONSTITUTION:The load controller is provided with both control parts 9, 9' consisting of a signal processor 5 for sending an operation command signal to each servo-amplifier 4 provided on both servo-cylinders 3 (hereinafter, cylinders) for operation use. a load detector 6 and a displacement detector 7 provided additionally on the cylinder 3, a load amplifier 8 for sending a load detection value to the signal processor 5, and a displacement amplifier 10 for sending a displacement detection value to the signal processor 5. Also, as an operation command signal, a load command value is sent to the signal processor 5 of one control part 9, and also, a detection value of the displacement detector 7 of one control part 9 is sent to the signal processor 5 of the other control part 9'. In such a state, by displacement information of the cylinder 3 controlled by the load command value by the control part 9, the cylinder 3 is controlled by the control part 9', load values of both the cylinders 3 are always set to a command value, and a prescribed position of a work 2 of a pressurized position is held easily and surely.

    • PURPOSE:To enable automatic welding without requiring teaching in arc welding in which the direction of a welded joint line changes by performing weaving by an arc sensing method and changing the direction of a torch when an abrupt change in electric current is detected. CONSTITUTION:Weaving W of a triangular shape as shown in the figure is performed in the stage of performing fillet welding in a flat position along, for example, a weld joint line L of changing directions. A change in arc current value arises with the change l1 l0 l1 in the wire extension of a wire 2 from a torch 1. The change in the current value is detected with a sensor 3 and is arithmetically processed and NC-controlled by a minicomputer 4. The arc sensing similar to the arc sensing in the prior art is accomplished at the joint line of the ordinary straight part. The signal sampled by the sensor 3 is passed through an A/D converter and is converted to the output signal shown in the figure. Since the change rate di/dt of the arc current with respect to the time is constant, the point where the line L changes is detected by utilizing said rate. Whether the end is open or closed is judged and the direction of the torch is changed.
