摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a frame body while securing a central position by controlling a lateral movement of traveling units arranged on the frame body in the laterally moving rail direction almost orthogonal to the moving direction of the frame body. SOLUTION: The whole inclination a frame body 5 is detected by measured values of displacement gauges 7A and 7B to measure a moving distance from left and right reference points divided by the moving center line of a frame body 5. Lateral displacement quantities of respective displacement gauges 8A to 8D distributively arranged on the left and right of the moving center line L in a front part and a rear part of the frame body 5 are measured. Lateral movements of respective traveling units 6A to 6D of the frame body 5 to a moving directional displacement quantity in the moving center line of the frame body 5 are controlled. Therefore, the frame body 5 can be moved in the moving center line L direction while accurately keeping a central position.

While a tower shaped structure 2 is being constructed, one sides of a plurality of guy tendons 24A are combined with the upper position of the unit structure 2a, and the other ends are wound onto a plurality of winches 19A provided for the circumference of the working platfrom 4 respectively, so that a support structure stretched in a radial shape as viewed in a plane figure is kept at all times.

In this case, the tension members 9, 10 that have been arranged in a radial shape in plan view and connected to the bridge girder 4 and piers 3 in the respective pier positions are stretched while controlling the tension thereof in synchronizing with the lift-up speed of the bridge girder 4 and piers 3 by means of ground tension controllers 7, 8.

In a condition where a load of the central part frame 2 is uniformly dispersed to the outer peripheral part frame 3, the outer peripheral part frame 3 is completely connected to and supported by the structural body 4.
