    • PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy, reproducibility and workability by providing a sample base provided adjustably in angle with a sample imposing surface and a moving means which is mounted with the peeling end of a material to be measured and is constituted movably in the extending direction of a guide member. CONSTITUTION:A test plate 1 is imposed and fixed onto the sample base 17. One end of a wire 25 is fixed to the peeling end of a tacky material 2 and the other end is fixed to a wire chuck 26. The wire 25 is adjusted to face a perpendicular direction by adjusting a positioning mechanism 9 (an adjust bolt 21 and a slider 24). A key board 66 is operated to input a peeling speed, distance, angle and temp. The moving speed and distance of a load detector 4 in the perpendicular direction and horizontal direction are then calculated. A measurement start key is turned on and pulse motors 27, 37 are controlled to move the detector 44 in the moving direction at the computed moving speed when the temp. detected by a temp. sensor 62 equals to the inputted peeling temp. The load detected by the detector 44 is displayed 68 as tacky adhesive strength. The motors 27, 37 are stopped when the detector 44 arrives at the computed moving distance.

    • PURPOSE:To form a film having a uniform thickness while enhancing painting efficiency, by supplying paint to the inside of a cylindrical article to be painted while supporting and rotating said article around the axis thereof a performing painting by centrifugal force and inertial force. CONSTITUTION:In coating the inner peripheral surface of a cylinder such as a material for a slide bearing, a cylindrical article 12 to be painted is fed between holding jigs 21, 22 by a feed means and blocks 18, 20 are moved to hold said article 12 between the holding jigs 21, 22. When a drive shaft is rotationally driven in this state by a motor, the cylindrical article 12 to be painted is rotated around the axis thereof while a predetermined amount of paint is emitted from the leading end of a needle 102. The paint emitted to the inside of the cylindrical article 12 to be painted spreads to the entire inner peripheral surface thereof by centrifugal force and inertial force of paint itself caused by the rotation of the cylindrical article to be painted and adhered thereto.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformly and continuously apply painting to the surface of a sphere, by a method wherein a painting stand is vibrated in a vertical direction and painting is applied to an article to be painted while said article is sprung by vibration before drying. CONSTITUTION:Spheres 32 are received in a container 26 and a vibration generator 44 is operated while finely pulverized paint is sprayed by a spray gun 34 and hot air is blown by a hot air generator 36 to perform painting. In this process, when the vibration generator 44 is operated, a flat plate 24 is moved up and down to be vibrated and the container 26 is vibrated with the vibration of said plate 24 to allow the spheres 32 to spring and tumble. By allowing the spheres 32 to spring an tumble, the entire surfaces of said spheres 32 become confronted with the finely pulverized paint sprayed from the spray gun 34 and uniform painting is applied to the entire surfaces of the spheres 32. When the spheres 32 are plural, said spheres 32 collide with each other but, since they uniformly collide with each other over the entire surfaces thereof, no difference is generated in the thickness of a paint film and uniform painting and drying are performed.
