摘要： PURPOSE:To form a desired concentration distribution of the gas in the gas tank of a narcosis device by adjusting the liquefied carbon dioxide gas by operating an adjusting valve installed in a feeding conduit and feeding the gas into an evaporation conduit arranged in the hot water having a necessary temperature for an evaporator. CONSTITUTION:An alarm device 19 which transmits an alarm signal through a water level detector 14 when the water level of the hot water 10a in an evaporator body 9 lowers below a proper level and a heater operating device 19 which is driven through a temperature sensor 13 when the temperature of the hot water 10a is not within a proper range are connected with a controller 17, and a proper quantity of the liquefied carbon dioxide gas 3 in a gas feeding source 1 is sent into the evaporation conduit 11 of an evaporator 2 by the manal operation for an adjusting valve. At this time, the water 10 in the evaporator body 9 heats the evaporation conduit 11 by the hot water 10a having a proper temperature, e.g. 50 deg.C. A proper quantity at liquefied carbon dioxide gas 3a which is sent into the evaporation conduit 11 is changed to the carbon dioxide gas having a necessary pressure by the heat of the evaporation conduit 11, and the carbon dioxide gas 3b is introduced into the gas tank 4 of a narcosis device through a feeding conduit 21.

When said unloaded shackle 6 is latched to the trolley 5 waiting at the receiving body 8g of a lower rater device 8, said receiving body is allowed to descend, and the shackle unit is put on the starting end of the conveyor 9 again.
