    • PURPOSE:To measure the flow speed of the fluid to be measured and enable the stable measurement for a long period by detecting the air pressure inside both pipes for measuring the total pressure and static pressure having air-jetting prifices respectively in the parallel and rectangular directions to the flow of the fluid. CONSTITUTION:The air under the required pressure is setn into both pipes 3 and 4 for measuring the total and the static pressure and is jetted out from the jetting orifices 5 and 6 of both measuring pipes 3 and 4 into the flow of the fluid 2 to be measured, i.e. from the total-pressure measuring pipe 3 it is jetted out in parallel to the direction of the flow of the fluid, while from the static-pressure measuring pipe 4 at right angle to the direction of the flow thereof. And, by measuring the difference in the voltage on the secondary side of orifices 12 and 13 in both measuring pipes 3 and 4, the flow speed of the fluid 2 is measured. In addition, the jetting orifices 5 and 6 are free from filling with solid substances in the fluid 2 since the air is jetted out therefrom, and thus the stable measurement for long period can be secured.

    • PURPOSE:To measure the density of the fluid without being troubled by the solid matter present in the fluid, by a method wherein a gas of a predetermined pressure is fed into two measuring pipes which are placed in parallel but at different levels in the fluid, and the difference between the gas pressure in the two measuring pipes is determined. CONSTITUTION:Air from a compressor 9 is provided with a predetermined pressure by a pressure regulator 10, then further adjusted by orifices 14, 15 in air feed branch pipes 12, 13 on the downstream side of an air feed pipe 11, and fed to the measuring pipes 3, 4. The air fed to the measuring pipes 3, 4 is injected into the fluid via injection holes 5, 6. Accordingly, the density of the fluid can be measured by feeding the air of a predetermined pressure into the measuring pipes 3, 4, injecting the air into the fluid via the injection holes 5, 6, and detecting the pressures on the secondary side of the orifices 14, 15 in the measuring pipes.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a mass flowmeter which is never influenced by the temperature change of a fluid to be measured, has a high response speed to the flow rate change of the fluid, and can measure a minute flow rate. CONSTITUTION:Two temperature detecting elements 3, 4 for detecting the temperature of a fluid to be measured are provided on the outside of a conduit 1 for passing the fluid. Two self-superheating type resistors 5, 6 in which the resistance values are changed according temperature are arranged on the outside of the conduit on the lower stream side from the elements, and the resistors are paired with the temperature detecting elements one by one. The pairs are connected to two constant temperature difference control circuits 7, 8 for controlling the voltages applied to the resistors so that the temperature differences between the temperature detecting elements and the resistors are constant, respectively. Each constant temperature difference control circuit is connected to a subtracting circuit 11 for determining the difference in the voltage applied to the respective resistor by each constant temperature difference control circuit.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a highly accurate measurement of flow rate, by directly adjusting the current to be run to a heating coil with a sensor provided on the surface of a pipe within the same circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 1 through which a fluid runs is wound with a heating coil 2a and sensors 3 (3a and 3b) are provided on the upstream and on the downstream of this part. An output voltage is inputted separately into both the sensors 3 and a device (an operation amplifier 9 or the like) is provided to control the current to be fed to the coil 2a so as to always keep the temperature difference constant between the two sensors 3. the sensors 3 generate an output voltage according to the respective temperatures thereof while the fluid runs through the pipe 1. Then, when the temperature difference detected with the sensors 3 is adjusted to be constant, the heating power required depending on the flow rate varies. The heating power can be learned from the current flowing through a heater 2 and the current is detected as voltage V0 of a resistance 8. The voltage V0 is proportional to the amount of the fluid liquid thereby permitting the measurement of the flow rate of a liquid running through the pipe on the value of the voltage V0.
