摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flow resistance to gas flowing through a gas cock. SOLUTION: In a gas passage 11 which is formed in a cock body 1, a section 11A upstream from a valve body 5 is provided with a tapered hole 11b whose diameter becomes large as it goes downstream from the upstream side. The inside diameter of the upstream end section (minimum diameter) of the tapered hole 11b is the same as that of a packing 3 to which a bellows (not illustrated) is pushed and fixed. The inside diameter of a hollow hole 51 provided on a passage 11 and the valve body 5 downstream from the tapered hole 11b, is designed to be the same as the inside diameter of the downstream end section (maximum diameter) of the tapered hole 11b.

SOLUTION: In an upstream section 11A of a gas passage 11 which is formed in a cock body 1, a section downstream from a packing 3 is composed of a small diameter hole section 11a on the packing 3 side and a large diameter hole section 11b on a valve storing hole 12 side. The small diameter hole section 11a provides the same inside diameter as that of the packing 3, and the large diameter hole section 11b provides a larger diameter than inside diameter of the packing 3. The inside diameters of a hollow hole 51 and a downstream end section 11B provide the same dimension as that of the large diameter hole section 11b.

The end surface 71 of a downstream side end part projected from the downstream side part 21b of the cylinder 7 is located in an approximately same position as an end surface G1 on the upstream side o the gas pipe G in the longitudinal direction of the gas passage 21.

A large-diameter part 81 is consecutively provided on the upstream side of the small-diameter part 82 through taper part 83. The outer diameter of the large-diameter part 81 is approximately equal to the inner diameter of a trough part of the flexible pipe F. The large- diameter part 81 and the small-diameter part 82 are connected by the taper part 82 without a step.

Thereby the angle formed between the first 52 and second hole parts 53 is made obtuse.

Cutout parts 27, 28 are formed on a lower end side of an internal peripheral surface of the end part 23a. By forming the cutout part 27, the end part 23a of the gas outflow hole 23 is formed almost the same in shape as the end part 31b of the through-hole 31. By forming the cutout part 28, the cutout part 27 and an internal peripheral surface of the gas outflow hole 23 continued to an outer side thereof are smoothly connected without generating a step difference.
