SOLUTION: A convex spherical part 11 is formed on the upper end face of a support 1. A pair of connecting pipes are installed at both right and left end parts of a support plate 2. The introduction port and the derivation port of a gas meter are connected to end parts, on one side, of the respective connecting pipes. Flexible gas pipes are connected respectively to end parts, on the other side, of the flexible gas pipes. A concave spherical part 24 which comes into contact with the convex spherical part 11 so as to be rotatable three-dimensionally is formed on the rear surface of the support plate 2. A shaft part 12 which is passed through the support plate 2 is installed in the central part of the upper end of the convex spherical part 11. A washer 61 is inserted externally to the shaft part 12 so as to be not rotatable, and a nut 62 is screwed further. The convex spherical part 24 at the support plate 2 is pressed so as to come into contact with the convex spherical part 11 at the support 1 via the washer 61, and the support plate 2 is fixed to the support 1.

The drain hole 14 can be concurrently used not only for draining but also as an inspection hole for the gas pressure inspection and/or leakage inspection.

SOLUTION: A sealing member 3 and a supporting member 4 are mounted on a connection hole 11 of a joint body 1. The sealing member 3 is mounted at a tip side in the inserting direction of a flexible pipe F1, with respect to the supporting member 4. The sealing member 3 and the supporting member 4 are connected to be integrally moved. An inner diameter of a rear end part of the sealing member 3 is slightly larger than an outer diameter of a crest part of the flexible pipe F1. An inner diameter of a tip part of the sealing member 3 is smaller than an inner diameter of a trough part of the flexible pipe F1. Whereby, the flexible pipe 1 cannot be passed through to the seal member 3. A sealing part 33 to be abutted on an outer peripheral face from a trough part to a crest part of a tip part of the flexible pipe F1 is formed on an intermediate inner peripheral face of the sealing member 3.
